Great experience @ SureStay Hotels in San Diego I travel for work. Sure Stay are great hotels with friendly staff, clean rooms with complimentary breakfast in the morning. Best Western has a nice rewards programs with a lot of benefits.

Never stay at this hotel. Worst staff. Dirty & stinky rooms. They don’t pay attention to your request. They ignore all your requests. You won’t get room service. Not even shower towels or pool towels. They lock their entrance doors nad if you ask for extra key they ask 100 questions why I need extra key.

lied and stole deposit This hotel lied over phone when i called asking where my deposit was after I checked out. They lied. Said I had a pet in room. I did not have any pets. Then they stole my deposit.

Subpar for the price. Not recommended. I wouldn’t go here. Supposed to be a queen bed but it’s a double. Supposed to be for 2 people but there’s only one nightstand on one side of the bed. No closet. You have to hang your clothes on a rod under a little shelf that holds the coffee service (good luck if it spills). Not all the buttons work on the TV remote, including the channel changer. Unbelievably, there are no lamps in the room! I asked the desk to get me one and they said they’re too busy. I went to the office and there was a small accent lamp in a corner so l unplugged it and took it to my room. $150 a night is a lot to pay for this. On the good side, it’s a roomy bathroom and it’s clean.

Weekend stay I really enjoyed staying here. Very close location to many restaurants. I will be booking here again in the future.
