Weekend visit Close to Great American ball park and very clean and comfortable. Good value for what I paid, overall I’m extremely happy with the stay. Easy access to Uber pick ups with plenty of parking. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. I would stay again.

Great for 1 nt for a ball game I can understand some of the bad reviews. Yes, they do charge for early checkin before 3pm, but there IS Free parking. It is better value (1/3 the $ incl across the river) to stay here for a ball game & pay the $21 at the parking garage next to the stadium. It is only a 1.5 mi walk but I would not rec it based on safety as there are homeless ppl about including the gas station across the street. (There were no “homeless camps”) My room was clean & that is what matters! Lobby: sofas, tables, tv & coffee station only open from 5-9am (see pic) Breakfast: 6-9:30. My husb got there at 8:55& said there was very little eggs & sausage left, bacon empty, etc. he stayed 20 min & nothing was replenished, so get there early! I did not eat as I like to take a bagel with me for later but this is not an option. You can not take any food out(see pic)There is a man at the door that asks you for your room#. He monitors this I think bc the BF door is right next to the Front door of the hotel & based on the “location”. They need to keep the BF for the paying customers..they are a business, not a charity. & they were sold out on the nt of the ball game, so they must be doing something right.

Marijuanna smoker strong Checkin was easy and the free parking seemed well lit. The beds are comfortable and a ton of pillows! The towels weren’t the best quality.. scratchy. The room door was very heavy. Even though close to freeway we didn’t have much noise. The hotel is close to downtown and walkable. The huge issue is the hotel is nonsmoking but the smell of marijuanna was very strong in the hallways and elevator. That I hope is not a regular occurrence .. afternoon, evening and morning.

Bedbugs stay away Upon checking in and seeing our room and the general hotel we decided we only wanted to stay 1 night not the booked 3 nights. I messaged the hotel requesting to alter our reservation but got no reply, so when we returned to the hotel I spoke to the gentleman on the front desk and explained I’d like to alter the reservation to 1 night. He asked if everything was alright with the room, to which I replied “it’s not the best” he said he totally understood and said he’d altered the booking and we would be refunded the 2 remaining nights. (As it should be with the cancellation policy). Upon checking out the lady on the desk didn’t seem to know about the alteration and said we would get a refund but didn’t know how much and the manager wasn’t available. All I have received is my $100 deposit back and no refund. And to top it all off we discovered bedbugs in the room, but only after we’d spent the night.

Cincinnati Great Value Hotel A great hotel for stay in Cincinnati. Not fancy, but very clean. Staff very professional and appear to take pride in their work. Compared to other hotels within city, this is a great value. I was impressed with cleanliness of my room, comfort of bed. The breakfast room was immaculate and very well stocked. My favorite were the banana bread Belgian waffles with assorted fruit toppings. Unique breakfast choice and my favorite. Usual yogurts, fruits bread selection and eggs available, all self serve buffet. A definite good hotel and an added plus for the city, great free parking!!!
