A Nice Stay Nice hotel, room was very clean and quiet. The front desk agents Rebecca and Greg were very professional and friendly, making me feel so welcome. Special shout out to Rebecca the front desk lady, for helping refilled few breakfast items even though it's not part of her duties. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Cincinnati for business or pleasure, because I know I will again.

Great Very nice Hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. They got me plastic silverware when the restaurant forgot. The room was updated and very clean ! The wifi worked very well. The price was very reasonable. We always rely on Holiday Inn Express and this one was great.

Good nights sleep The hotel staff was very nice. The room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom was well stocked, and the Dove products smelled really good. Breakfast was a typical express breakfast, and the food was good. The pool was out of order, which was a disappointment. The bed was really comfortable and me and my neice decided to share it instead of using the sofa bed. The king size bed was so comfortable I didn't even k ow whenever she got up! The elevator was slow and they o ly had one. But overall we will definitely come back

A good place to place A good place to stay in a very nice area close to lots of great eating and shopping. We traveled to several different areas and it was easy to get around. The rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was good.

Perfect Location Nice hotel in the perfect location for the sites we wanted to see (Cincinnati Zoo, Jungle Jims, Fort Ancient, Loveland Castle, etc). We had a nice room and enjoyed our stay. We are platinum members so we often stay at Holiday Inn Expresses.
