Great Amazing service great room friendly staff clean inviting good service helpful staff easy going laid back

The WiFi They got to get their Wi-Fi password protected and more secure so people can use it on the Internet. I couldn’t even check in my flight because the Internet Wi-Fi is not secure.

Managers were trying to avoid me bedbugs and bedbug bites Bedbugs I have bites and pictures to prove it. I asked them what they would do to reimburse me and they told me they would give me a free night stay and I said I would never stay at this hotel ever again in my life I would like somebody in the upper management to contact me about this situation. They are ignoring me and I’ve tried to get through Three or four times now this will be the fifth I had to throw away my work clothes and they tried blaming it on me. I live over 1000 miles away and they told me that the manager will be in the next day so I went through the next day no manager , they said come back the next day and all that I talk to you was an assistant manager that offered me a few nights free stay I asked for a refund for the time that I was there and they said they would not I would not ever stay at this hotel ever again They tried to switch rooms and I got so paranoid that I could not even stay there so I left at like 3 o’clock in the morning and I had to go pay for a more expensive hotel. My health and safety was not taken care of and felt they do not care and they did not try to make me feel comfortable or make me feel better about the situation they would not even show me the report , they just said that this place has a book that shows that it’s exterminated but it is not. I found bedbugs, full size bed bugs, biting me even I didn’t even know what it was. I’ve never seen a bug bite in my life and then I killed it on the bed and took a picture and I looked it up and I about freaked out upper management. Please get a hold of me.

Recommended While many write reviews to complain I wanted to take this time to give gratitude. I've seen this property improve in remodeling, housekeeping cleanliness has improved, rooms are clean, no bugs, clean linen, and customer service is always great from my own personal experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling for business, leisure and or extended stay. Also signing up with rewards has its perks as well.
