A mistake We regret choosing this hotel for an April 2024 stay. It happened to be physically nearest the High School hosting our sports event and per Google Maps sidebar its ratings showed it on par with other nearby hotels. I should have done some research. My bad. Our room condition can most charitably be described is adequate. Noisy plumbing and thin wall sounds from adjacent rooms are tolerable, but the room presentation itself was comic. It was as if their Maintenance staff quit during Covid and someone unhandy with tools was assigned to attempt the responsibility of upkeep. Anything damaged by a prior guest stayed that way. Best feature of this hotel is that the Cracker Barrel is next door. Based on observable cleaning and maintenance outcomes, we skipped the Quality Inn's free breakfast.

Property needs a lot of work The only positive I can come up with is, the staff are friendly. Room had many small ants. Toilet “rocked” on its mount. Other reviews mentioned the dirt on all the flooring surfaces. Without a doubt, the dirtiest and least maintained property I have ever encountered.

“Quality” Inn On March 21st, my spouse and I registered at Quality Inn, situated at 11967 Chase Plaza Drive, Cincinnati, OH, accompanied by our one-year-old child. Upon arrival, we were initially pleased with the exterior and the efficiency of the check-in process. Regrettably, upon entering our room, we discovered soiled sheets and comforters, marked with both dirt and bleach stains. Upon requesting replacement linens, we were promptly accommodated. However, the hardwood floors proved to be unclean, as evidenced by the immediate soiling of our son’s clothing upon crawling. The following morning, on the 22nd, an attempt to shower was thwarted by the absence of hot water, further compounded by the detachment of the faucet knob, which fell into the tub upon adjustment. Subsequently, my husband addressed these concerns with hotel staff, resulting in a relocation to another room on the same floor. Yet, this transition was marred by the door knob detachment upon closure, an occurrence met with incredulous amusement. Once again, the linens provided were marked with stains and blemishes. This succession of disappointments stands in stark contrast to the expectations set by the hotel’s name, “Quality” Inn. Furthermore, it’s noteworthy to mention that the elevated expiration certificates, dated 2014, added to our concerns regarding the overall upkeep and maintenance of the establishment. On the morning of the 22nd, our breakfast experience further underscored our dissatisfaction, as we were confronted with a disheartening sight: the breakfast area resembled a domestic setting, featuring a conspicuous crockpot and unsanitary countertops. Picnic tables, adorned with fold-up chairs, were haphazardly arranged, alongside conspicuous storage boxes and unkempt dish towels strewn across the floor. The tables themselves bore traces of previous occupants’ meals, suggesting a lack of timely maintenance. Moreover, the pervasive neglect extended to the failure to empty trash receptacles and the evident accumulation of dust on hallway rugs. In summary, the standard of service and accommodation experienced during our stay at this establishment fell woefully short of expectations. As patrons, we firmly believe that hospitality entities should exhibit a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, a principle which, unfortunately, was not exemplified during our time at Quality Inn.

Awful Awful… gross! The room smelled of dirty dog and weed. The bedding was absolutely abysmal, covered in stains. The phone was wet and dirty, nothing had been wiped. My conscience couldn’t allow my daughters to sleep here. Got a refund within 10 minutes of seeing the room and left. Don’t bother going here.

Horrible I had a reservation here 7/20-7/23. We were in town for a music fest. We prepaid for the room a few months in advance since it was a nice discount. When we arrived at the hotel it looked a lot older then the pics looked on line. It had an old smell when you walked in which was probably due to the old carpet through out the whole building. The female at the desk was very nice but was dressed inappropriately for work, but nevermind that. She gave me the keys, went straight to room and we walked right out. I noticed instantly that the sheets were dirty since the blanket was not completely covering the bed. The sheets had so many stains over the entire bed. I took a picture and went right to front desk. Showed the pics to same female that checked me in. She offered a new room and said she would upgrade us free of charge. I accepted it and went rite to the room. That room was even worse then the 1st room. It had an old jacuzzi style tub right smack in the middle of the room surrounded by carpet, which also had a slight smell, there were even more stains on the sheets and what appeared to be spider eggs in the ac unit. I took more pics and went back to front desk. I showed the same female the pics asked her what was the egg looking things in the ac she didn't have a clue and couldn't explain why the sheets were so dirty in both rooms. I ask for a manager because I wanted a immediate full refund, but she said she could do the refund for me, which she did. It took over an hour sitting in the parking lot to find another hotel in that chain since we are members we always stay when we travel domestically and there was lots of people in town for the music fest. I ended up paying way more money due to the last minute booking which was very disappointing. This hotel needs some major updates, cleaning and lots of new sheets. Tried to post pics but website wasn't responding.
