An underrated find at a reasonable price I ran into a glitch because of illness with a third-party booking agent. The booking agent refused to work with me after I had to cancel my reservation. Frustrated, I called the hotel directly and explained the situation. Jim and the staff at the hotel were immediately and completely helpful. The matter was completely resolved, and I ended up staying at the Inn. I don’t understand negative reviews of this hotel. I have now stayed there more than several times, and I’ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The facility is always impeccably, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The only possible negative is the location near a major highway, but you were going to run into that at most places you stay. I will be forever grateful for my most recent experience with this hotel, and highly recommend it. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Our last night was very scary here This hotel seemed like a great deal at first .first few nights where wounderful the staff was great Scott who was from England was funny and nice then Jay at night was sweet and helpful. And I talked to there manager singing there praise then on our last night every thing changed. but our last night I came down and went n grabbed some thing from my car and went back up to our room and my key to my room didn't work .so came down stairs to get a new key . And two obviously homeless people where sitting in the lobby and front desk work was no where to be found. I really didn't feel safe I picked up the phone near the front desk like a sign at the front desk said to do and finally a guy ( a different Scott ) answered and sounded like he just woke up . Scott then comes out the rest room and was obviously sleeping or high I couldn't tell .but this guy working the front desk was sleeping in his car in the parking lot just a few hours ago I brought it up to a house keeper which I don't know if they under stood me when I told them .but now his working the front desk so he made me a key I ran back upstairs to our room where my husband was cause I did not feel safe at this hotel any more . We checked out early the next morning and when we checked out the same guy Scott was working and had to call him on that phone again n he was in the bathroom again he didn't have breakfast out n it was 6:15 he mumbled he was running late which was no problem cause we ate our first two days here but didn't really trust breakfast now .

Clean and comfortable Clean and comfortable. A little overkill on the scent of the cleaning products. Disappointed that there were no pancakes as indicated there would be for breakfast. _ Otherwise, not too bad. Quiet, midweek stay. **Lalalalalalalalalalala** ☝️ Added that cuz my review wasn't 200 characters! _

CAUTION Very scary place to stay. The homeless and section 8 have been moved in to the hotel for free. People with schizophrenia off their meds, couples fighting in the hallway at 3:00 a.m. . When I asked the front desk to have a conversation with the people they would not. They said they had to reach out to their caseworkers. There is also a huge porn shop nearly adjacent to the hotel.

This is the worst n craziest hotel in Portland Me and my husband got placed in this hotel after hitting hard time we had to ask for help and a social services placed us in this hotel . So we where greatful till we meet Scott who is the hotel asst manager . The hotel was great a little older and most the workers where great but the hotel had allot of people under the influence. People taking and selling narcotics everywhere. And it was obvious and I found out why this hotel was like this. one day I had a few things missing from my room so I go down to the front desk and Scott was working I tried to talk to him about my things but he kept nodding off he was clearly under the influence and it was terrible like some thing u see online so I took a video of it. He would be talking then next thing u know his standing there nodding off right in the middle of a conversation . I kept having to get his attention and when I brought up stuff missing in my room he exploded and yelled at me and threatened to kick me out. I went back up to my room and got a call from scott I was being evicted .I was shocked I talk to other guest and found out this is normal Scott stays at the hotel and has a friend who stays here to. his friend just got caught stealing food from in front of a door of a single mother and the guy is still living there I get kicked out for a question . I'm guessing Scott makes his friend keys to people rooms they go in there rooms and steal things when the people go out .Im safe now in a way better place but some one needs to intervene cause this is a good hotel with one bad apple and it's spoiling the bunch.
