DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE INFESTED WITH BUGS! EVERYTHING IS BROKEN. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. THE HANDICAP POOL CHAIR HAD RUSTED INTO PIECES. THEY PUT ME AND MY 3 KIDS IN A NON HANDICAP ROOM. MY CHILD IS A QUADRAPLEDGIC. The manager doesn't return phone calls! My kids woke up covered in ants

Loved the remodel! They definitely had a remodel recently, new furniture and lighting. The front desk was polite and the breakfast was pretty good. They also have housekeeping that comes by everyday. The pool and hot tub were nice as well! Enjoyed all the improvements.

DO NOT STAY HERE WOW. This place is absolutely disgusting, mold on the walls and beds,broken furniture and TV not to mention the horrible smell. What I'm assuming was the owner yelled at my 2 year old to stop running.

The Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. I have stayed in other Comfort Suites hotels that were not terrible like this one. There was a terrible odor in the room that would not go away! They had tried to mask it with another oder, that didn’t help. It really nearly made me sick, and wasn’t sure if I could bear the night. At first I thought it smelled like stinky feet. I alerted the gal that checked me in. She came in, the second time I realized that it was more of an animal oder. Like a wet dog all over the carpet. The gal at the front desk acted like it was all fine and said there were no other rooms to move me to. ( But later, I saw her checking other guests into rooms) Why couldn’t she have given me one of those rooms? I wondered, are all the rooms this bad? I sprayed perfume, bought incense, but the smell would not go away! As well. The place did not feel clean. There was wallpaper pealing off the walls. The carpet was definitely not clean. The curtains were messed up and the cushion on the couch was torn. In the pool area the tables and chairs were all dirty. No towels available. The pool floor was all messed up. The gym room was also dirty. With paint from the walls peeling onto the floor. I will Never stay here again! It has made me think twice about all comfort Suite properties.

DISGUSTING PLACE-BE WARNED-DO NOT STAY HERE! HORRIBLE PLACE-BE WARNED-DO NOT STAY HERE This establishment is horrible! FILTHY dirty and VERY Poorly maintained! Breakfast was a joke. Broken window and has been broken for quite some time. Very rusty and fogged. No screen. Caulking “job” looked like it had been done by a 5 yr old. Bathroom was disgusting with a sticky floor. Toilet seat had been painted and your butt sticks to it. Paint job was awful. Carpets were filthy and damp. Room smelled so bad of musty lord knows what. PLEASE know that there are much better places to stay than this dump. We were stuck for 4 days because it was prepaid and they refused to give us a refund. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. In a beautiful Holiday Inn now for less money. Never again will we stay at a “Choice” hotel!
