Under construction. Look elsewhere. Don’t stay here! Under construction without prior notice. Room was half- way demolished. Old temporary furniture. No baseboards. Bad paint smell made eyes burn. Rusty bathroom fixtures. Power plug in bathroom was dead. Workers in hallways and using the elevator constantly. AND they DOUBLE CHARGED for our room. I had prepaid online. When I checked out after 5 nights the had billed my credit card again. I have stayed here before but this was the worst. We should have checked out as soon as we saw and smelled the room.

In unplanned mini vacation in an ice storm January 2024 brought down an ice storm on Portland. With no power in a freezing house, we knew we had to get out. No motel rooms seemed available, but an angel named Yoonjin at the Quality Inn & Suites, Clackamas, found us a room, and the start of an unplanned mini vacation. The motel is very quiet, with excellent rooms, friendly, helpful staff, and a nice breakfast with lots of options. Across the parking lot is a row of fine restaurants and a pub. Thanks, folks, for turning our panic into a restful get-away.

Good. The two front desk agents , may, and tammy. I believe they are sisters. Their customer service was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but not great. The view was also okay. Definitely recommend staying there.

Racist Let me just say the front desk agent name Destiny is racist. Would not recommend staying there. She just took one look at us and turned us away because of the color of our skin. Did not even get a chance to stay there because of the rudeness of that agent.

Good hotel Staff were nice, room was clean, we slept well, very good hotel for a hotel only rated 21/2 stars. Good location, we stayed only one night and the breakfast was good in the morning, go early to have more choices. The loby of the hotel is very beautiful like in the picture.
