Budget-Friendly but Needs a Renovation !!! I stayed in this Radisson Property for a few days while in the Louisville area for business. This hotel is located across the bridge from Louisville in Clarksville Indiana. This hotel has a main part and 'wings' as my room was in the I wing. My room was very dated with old, dented and scratched furniture. The carpet was old and stained and there was food and debris left over from previous guests. The bed was big and comfortable and the wifi was okay for the bulk of my stay although I had some issues connecting the first night. The bathroom was an 'accessible' bathroom made for someone with a walker or wheelchair. The bathrooms are clean but there is no fan in the bathroom just a vent hole in the ceiling. There is a useless heat lamp on the bathroom ceiling with a timer but it doesn't help with clearing out steam after a shower. One more item to be aware of for the accessible bathroom. If you take a shower the whole bathroom floor will get soaked no matter how you aim the the shower head. The rest of the hotel has some great amenities. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with live entertainment. Breakfast is not included so you will have to pay for it. The hotel has an outdoor and an indoor pool and walking areas that take you around the hotel. The property has a man-made pond in the back with benches that you can sit on. The fitness room is large and has modern cardio equipment, a mat, and a free-weight rack with a significant amount of dumbells missing. The missing dumbells mean that security is lax so be warned. There are no water coolers or disinfectant wipes in the fitness room so bring your own to wipe down the equipment before you use it. The hotel is okay for a one or two-night stay but the room I stayed in needs a good cleaning and a renovation to modernize the room. The ground room I stayed in had a sliding, screened door so you could sit outside on the concrete step just outside of the room. Overall this a budget-friendly option for the Louisville area but be warned the rooms in my wing were very outdated.

MOTEL not a Hotel... area, not clean, confused staff, lied too, no air conditioning. We were traveling with another couple and needed a quick stop, booked this hotel as it was off the highway. It is not in Louisville but in IN., and not the greatest location. Very confusing on how to get in to the lobby, the hotel in the background is not used for regular guest, the motel part was a tunnel of doorways, nicotine smoke filled many of the hallways, carpets are filthy, no air conditioning in the common spaces. Then we got to our room, no access as the door handle was broken (lit up green but would not open), up to the lobby to the second room where there was no air condition, smell of food, and an odd cell phone propped up in the window camera facing the bed. We had to leave as the accommodations were not acceptable, guaranteed a refund, then the hotel denied the refund the next day, told our credit card company we never showed up. Tried to reach management, they refused to contact us back.

Go somewhere else Nothing like the pictures we saw online when we booked. Everything is very musty, dusty & ran down. We had small children & were not comfortable with the walking around touching anything in the room, much less, sleeping in it. I would not stay here.
