Great hotel overall We've been here a couple different times. Pros: Most staff are friendly. We love love the pet policy (including pet rate) and buffet! Rooms are clean, location is quiet. Appearance of lobby is very nice. Love the indoor/outdoor pool options even if we haven't used them yet. Loved that there's laundry on site that we can access. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Cons: We interacted with one girl who ignored our concerns about the ac leaking in the morning. She was vaping in the office, which we watched as we waited for her to realize that we were waiting for her at the counter. It wasn't a professional experience with her. We ended up being told by another professional who apologized in the afternoon and told us we had to move rooms because the ac was leaking downstairs. Pillows are very small. We'll definitely return, but the girl should be spoken to about professional mannerisms.

Full Service at economy prices My wife and I stopped here while on vacation. We have nothing to complain about. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site that can compete with any restaurant around. There is also a well stocked bar/lounge. The hotel itself is very pretty and nicely laid out. It has a nice indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, plus an outdoor pool that wasn't open yet. Definitely will stay here anytime we're in the area.

Lovely one night stop. Very nice, clean hotel. The lobby and pool area are beautiful. The grounds are well kept up and there is a lovely courtyard to sit and relax in. The on-site restaurant/bar is wonderful. Nice atmosphere and a variety of reasonably priced food. The bartender/server, Melinda is a gem and really know how to treat her guests well. Front desk staff are super friendly also. I recommend this hotel.

check out experience Over all our experience was good. The hotel was well maintained, and the bed comfortable. The dining room hostess was a sweet heart. She was friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was our check out experience. The desk clerk acted like she wanted to be somewhere other than there. She never acknowledge or thanked us for our stay.

Great Value and Great Amenities This is an older hotel but clean. Helpful friendly staff , James was especially friendly and efficient One of the best free breakfast buffets we have experienced and pleasant service staff. Inside and outside pool with several foosball tables. Had bar and restaurant and even room service. We paid less than $100 including taxes for room. If you want fancy upscale room not your place , but what a value especially for families.
