One night getaway! Staff very nice. Had Lab, fee and accommodations were reasonable. Even had a blanket for our dog and pads but didn't notice them until we were leaving. Breakfast was changed for Sunday morning but was ok. Whirlpool was not very hot and Jets didn't seem to be flowing up to par?! Riverwalk was enjoyable with Lab! Downtown Old school with some nice History! Enjoyed our Stay overall!

Basic easy off highway Part 3. Not painted .... Toilet paper holder swings open when in use. Entry to hotel filthy looking.... To me..... Dirt everywhere, either understaffed or again owner never comes around or just doesn't care. The manager/front desk does everything. Including setting up breakfast . No store in the hotel.

Run of the mill, corporate hotel Traveling from Minnesota to eastern Pennsylvania, we stopped here to spend the night on Sunday, December 17, 2023. We usually prefer to stay at older established hotels in a downtown setting, not the huge corporate ones that clutter up the areas next to the interstates. These big corporate hotels are all about making big money, often have poorly maintained premises, especially the rooms. They do not really care about the customer. They know they will always have a steady flow of customers by their easy location. This is one of those places. Sure, they spend some money on some fancy looking fixtures in the room, but do they care abut maintenance? No. The room was okay, quiet at night as our room was not near the freeway. The TV did not work in the room, too tired to want anyone to come and fix it. The breakfast in the morning was cheap, cheap offering. They know how to cut corners.

Conveniently Located off the Interstate This property is very conveniently located off the interstate and the staff was very friendly. For a road trip/pit stop, it has everything you need nearby, e.g. gas, fast food, sit-down restaurants, etc. The common rooms of the property were well maintained, and they offer a complimentary hot breakfast. Our room was pretty beat up. I was surprised about the condition of some of the furniture, with very obvious scrapes and chips. The television was a nice flat screen, but the channel guide was very messed up (guide did not match was what airing); I’m not sure if that was a hotel issue or a cable provider issue. The tv was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but just one more thing that seemed not maintained. The hotel was fine for one overnight, but I’ve stayed in much nicer Hampton Inns.

Not the Hampton we were expecting. This hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too, except only one person was working and she couldn’t keep up with the demands of guests, though she did continue to work very hard. Our room was nicely appointed, but I think whoever did the construction in the bathroom had a level that was half a bubble off. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the shower rod wasn’t straight. The mirror and/or light in the bathroom was also crooked. The toilet paper holder was hanging on by a screw and the front of the bathroom sink had a lot of scratches and damage. There are plenty of places to eat, get gas, or be entertained nearby. With the interstate just a mile or so away, it was very conveniently located. Overall, the stay was nice, but for the price, I expected higher quality.
