Work Traveler My company has sent me to stay at this location many times over the last few months. So this review is not based on just a single, biased experience. With that said let's begin… The facilities and housekeeping are on point period! from floor to ceiling of this place are immaculately kept. It is evident they take pride in their work and take their jobs seriously! Every room I had was spot shiny clean with not a single dirty piece of linen or terry. I did have one room that had a lingering odor of cigarettes but that's not their fault some guests can't follow the rules. The morning breakfast is something left to be desired but for a discount hotel and continental breakfast style, it works. They do offer 24-hour hot and cold beverages which is nice because it's unexpected. The front desk staff (specifically Don & Lydia) are exceptional! They treat you like you're the most important person in the world! Experts in knowing how to do the job right, you can trust they have your best interests at heart! They have the best attitudes and no request is unmet. They are eager to engage making you feel right at home! Always having a smile on their face while greeting you when you're walking in the door and wishing you well as you're walking out! In all my travels I have never seen better! They are a credit to the Hospitality industry and true professionals! Thank you both for all you do! Unfortunately, That can't be said for everyone there, which explains my four stars. It's too bad there has to be that one bad apple in the bunch. Normally I would have refrained from, avoiding negativity, but something must be said about their general manager Christopher. I've learned to avoid him as everyone seems like an inconvenience to him and his time. A deeply unpleasant person! I have also overheard him speaking (AT NOT WITH) his Staff on a number of occasions and the words that come to mind are despicable, dispirited, disrespectful & condescending. I would have reported to Human Resources if my Manager ever spoke to me in his manner! Enough said! Safe travels everyone!

Bedbug bites Bedbugs bite at various body locations and one live bedbug in bed which I killed at 2 am. Told management at checkout. Beds were good. Breakfast typical continental breakfast. Noise throughout night.

Bugs! When we entered our room it did not have a pleasant smell. Large roaches were crawling all over the floor, bedside table and up the side of the bed. We exited the room immediately and returned to the front desk where we were offered a different room. We declined and received a full refund.

Price was way too high for what we got. Our family booked 4 rooms with this hotel. The Continental Breakfast did not offer any real food options - just cereal, bread, bagels, and terrible tasting waffle mix. No protein options. the refrigerator in our room did not work. The shower curtain in the tub did not hold the water in the tub, it got all over the floor. The bathroom was tiny, could barely even shut the door. No extra towels, only 2 large per room. One of the rooms had big dead bugs all over the floor. We all paid way too much for what we got.

One night stay Location was great, lots of restaurants, etc around. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Room was clean and well appointed. There was even a packet of alcohol wipes to use though I didn't feel it was needed.
