Front Desk was Great The front desk person we dealt with was fantastic. He helped us with an issue we had, and there were no problems whatsoever. He absolutely could not have been nicer to us! The room was clean, and there was really nothing to complain about. We would stay again for the price.

Don't stay here Worse hotel ever, aside from the cockroaches, the owner locked us out of our room. He accussed us of having another person in the room, and went through our stuff. Then was a total jerk. Please don't patronize this business.

clean This is a small hotel and an older one. No elevator. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is ok. If you would like a bigger breakfast the Waffle House is next door. The value for the room was great. We did not spend much time there except to sleep, but we had a king room which was very large. The bathrooms are small.

Worst stay on my travels across the U.S. Travelling from Texas to Long Island. Checked in and given a room on 2nd floor. Lugged cases upstairs and found the door difficult to open on carpeting. A/C not working and room too warm. Lugged cases back down and asked for ground floor room. Check-in person advised no problem with door and A/C works fine. Housekeeping are advised to turn up but I couldn't even get it to run. Got room at ground level, pulled up and put bags in. Left to get dinner and key wouldn't work. Guest next door attempted to assist but advised he has seen many other occupants have difficulty with that door. Called attendant. She argued but came an tried key. It didn't work. She replaced card and door opened. Carpet soiled. Ugly lime green wall. A/C controls barely functional. It appears that some of the guests call this particular Quality Inn their "home" and live there full-time. This is fine, but not what I had anticipated when I read their ad in flyer that had hotel coupon discounts. Breakfast barely tolerable. No time to make a waffle and everything else offered was "something" wrapped in cellophane that I guess had to be placed in microwave. Got coffee and left. Now the bed was comfortable. The TV and wifi worked. But never staying there again.
