Comfortable and accommodating, kind people who will help you with any problem you encounter very comfortable bedding hig Clean comfortable kind highly recommend this hotel. Quiet stay here over and over it has a Cracker Barrel in the same driveway. Many places will deliver to you. The staff will help you anytime you have a problem. It is quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and the staff is outstanding.

Outstanding place customer svc great Shelly D at front desk goes above and beyond the staff is all kind. Clean comfortable lots of TV stations anything you can ask for

A Night to Forget at Country Inn & Suites The front desk agent's behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. Her overt hostility towards people of color was evident, creating an extremely unpleasant check-in experience. Her complete disregard for my young children, including ignoring their greetings, was particularly disturbing. To assist in verifying this incident, the check-in date was July 26, 2024, and the room number was 211.

Average Hotel was average, staff was nice. My kids were playing with toys so I checked under the bed for any missing parts and found a vape that my children very well could have gotten ahold of, so that tells me the cleaning staff don’t clean under beds. Got home to find out the water is not complimentary and they will charge you $6 for one 1L of water. Got charged $12 when there was only one present. Even after calling to inquire about this I was still charged $6.

Greatest place to stay Great rooms smell so clean very clean and comfortable. Help at desk is so nice will help you with any issues I have trouble with the TV remote lol
