You barely get what you pay for.... Wyndham tells us to ask for upgrades as Diamond members in this hotel doesn't observe that at all ever. In fact when I told them I didn't need a king size bed, that a smaller double or queen would be okay, and requested a ground floor on the south side of the hotel away from the highway, they actually told me it was going to cost me more! The room I received smelled horrible of mold, and the carpets were filthy. I literally had to wash my feet a second time and put socks back on, which of course turned black. They came in to empty trash and give clean towels, but didn't bother making up the bed. Why bother at all then?

Good, clean hotel. Good Hotel. We stayed here 2 times on our vacation. It was an older hotel but clean. No pool. Good breakfast area. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, toast and juice and coffee. The area was quite. Fast food restaurants were near. Hotel was easy to access off the interstate. I would stay here again.

Staff are for the most part Rude Staff at this hotel provided poor service at Desk refusing to look up Rewards points on Walkins. They Printed a Registration for a receipt and we used a Credit Card and the payment was listed as Cash. The only member that seemed to know anything was Maintenance which is why this review is poor and not terrible. We will not be returning.

Won't be going back. One of the only rooms let in DM as many events going on it city. This place is old and undergoing renovations.(Opening their site is an old picture of the place. If you see the one with the red second floor this is more like it is.) It appears to being done in stages, as they have money and resources they fix some parts up. They have kept the old a/c and it smells bad. We had to turn it off and just using the fan. The room and bathroom have nice new floors. They used the same bathroom floor tile on the floor and the shower walls. You can see that the job wasn’t done by a professional as attention to details were over looked. Grout streaks are still there. The tub caulking was not even. The main room is small. They did have two chairs. The refrigerator/freezer worked well, maybe too cold as our water bottles had ice. Microwave in the room but didn’t use it. TV needs two remotes. On/Off and sound on one. Dish TV on the other. Their internet worked but our tablet said strength week. Unsecured as no password was needed. The outside needed to be cleaned up. They had renovation supplies under the back stairs. Light bulb boxes were tucked away under another set of stairs. An outside patio area was made up of different uneven concrete sections. They had chairs for five people. It is next to their laundry. They had a guest coin laundry washer and dryer in the food vending room. A snowblower was also stored there, in June with 90+ temperatures. Breakfast was juices, coffee, cereal, and waffles. I got my waffle made just before the batter ran out Took a little bit before it was refilled for those waiting. Also toast, jelly, and peanut butter. One central elevator and our friends said their room was a long loop to get to it. Overall I give it a 2 star.

DISGUSTING! DON'T waste your money. This place is disgusting. All the doors were busted and wouldn't lock. People hanging out everywhere. Trash everywhere! The smell made me sick to my stomach. Very rude guy at the desk. We lost our money but we weren't staying there it didn't feel safe. Honestly I would give it a minus but you can't.
