Hotel changed my reservation and didn't notify me I'm a Hilton Honors member and generally have good experiences at their properties, but this hotel taints the Hilton brand for me. I booked and confirmed a 2 Queen 1BR Suite here more than 2 months in advance. The night before my stay, I checked my reservation and saw it had changed to two separate 1 King studios. Surely this must be a mistake? I called the hotel and after some investigation, they basically tell me they messed up and gave my room to someone else. To make up for it, they were giving me two separate, smaller, non-adjacent King studios for the same price, and implied that because they were not charging me extra, this was a great value. No, splitting up my wife and 2 young children unexpectedly last minute is not great value. I just want the room type that I originally booked so we could all stay together with enough beds. I don't know if they are disorganized or just don't value their customers. The bottom line is they bumped my reservation, did not even bother to tell me, and could not or would not make it right. Will they do the same to you?

Amaxing Stay at Homewood Suites!!! Beyound please with my stsy! Great Hotel for long stays. LaTorya Briggs provided great cust This Homewood Suites was excellent. Mainly because of LaTorya Briggs!!! She made sure our breakfast was amazing every day!!! LaTorya made my two week stay beyound great! She keep the area spotless. LaTorya asked me every time I sat in the area was there anything I needed. She ended every statement with...its my pleasure.

Comfortable & Quiet The hotel is comfortable & accomodating. The breakfast bar daily is one of the best I have experienced. Housekeeping is good & staff is always available to help. The hotel age is starting to show, but the rooms are clean & comfortable. The kitchenettes are sparsly equipped for long term stays. This is a great location in a popular & safe area. Shopping, stores, etc. are all close by. There is a large Costco across the street.

Bang for your bucks If you book early enough the price is pretty decent. Definitely love the location. Very close to my sisters and close to restaurants and Old town Clovis for easy access. Clean area and great hotel staff. Clean and breakfast was great.

Phenomenal Hotel Fantastic staff, great daily buffet breakfast, and the cleanest hotel we've seen in a long time. Highly recommend the facilities, staff and location. The only negative was that the pool was inoperable during out stay. Definitely stay here and you won't be disappointed.
