Cocoa Beach Suites

Great staff and service but don’t take your shoes off. We booked this place as it was one of the cheapest in Cocoa Beach and we were just staying there one night for a cruise the next morning. Location is perfect. We got a great deal because not only did they offer shuttle to the hotel from the airport and back to the airport from the cruise at the end of the week, they also shuttle you to the airport. This and cruise deal is very economical. we were met by very friendly staff at the front desk and or even given early entry to our room. The rooms are dated but that doesn’t really bother me. But bothered me was the filth of whatever was on the floor. It is a carpeted suite and we literally stuck to the floor when we were walking from the living area to the bedroom area. It is a spacious place and they have a fridge and a microwave, but I don’t think I would eat in there or put food in there or just anything that was in that room. The beds were clean. The sheets were clean and it was comfortable. We found the bathroom to be clean, but with age mould and mailed you can get stuck in corners. I just can’t get over the fact that I had to wear my shoes everywhere in the place as whatever was on the floor was foul and sticky. I have to say they were excellent in picking us up in a timely manner at the airport getting us to the hotel, taking us to the cruise port in the morning, and then a week later, meeting us on time at the cruise port to take us directly to the airport again. I did not have to worry about anything, and they were very responsible in that sense. Did I mention I had to wear my shoes in the room all the time ?

HORRIBLE- DO NOT STAY HERE We picked this hotel because we were going out in a cruise and it look really cute and it was close to the pier. This building should be condemned by the Board of Health. All the rooms smells like a cheap hotel. The first night we got there they gave us room 503 the bath top was full of water because there was a drip coming from the facet and the toilet was clogged. They immediately switched us to room 212 the only room in the building that’s actually decent and clean. The only room that so far is remodeled in they entire building. We left for our cruise came back this time they give us room 404. I had to go to the front desk to request the room be clean. They never change the sheets and once again the room smell bad. The worst part was that we stayed in this room for 2 nights and it was not until I lost a head band on the floor that I actually discovered the amount of dirt and how filthy This room was! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DOnNOT STAY HERE and if you, check underneath your beds. Even the Uber driving told us that he thought this hotel was not running because they were known by not keeping up the room clear. He thought the Board of Health had shut them down.

Find somewhere else to stay! This is the nastiest Motel I've ever stayed in it smells so bad in the room I'll be lucky to make it through the night. The bathroom's all moldy this is totally disgusting. I booked the it to stay here for the cruise that I am leaving on tomorrow I doubt I will even be able to sleep all night. Haven't been able to get past the smell yet. There's no safe so if you leave your room you better take everything with you I just cannot believe they're able to rent something like this only in Florida! The lady was very nice but that's the only thing that's good.

Perfect Place At the Perect Time I came here not for vaca, but, was only a block to walk to the beach!! Right on cocoa beach strip. Great location!! I was stranded with my dog, as my car broke down!! Couldn’t have landed in a better spot! Roomy suite, clean, NO BUGS, ez access to everything. No amenities, but, being stranded, we found the perfect spot!! I slept well, as my dog did, no probs, and I thank God I found this place!! I would recommend this place to families, people with dogs and someone just looking for a clean, comfy safe place to stay!! I kid u not it was only a minute to walk to the beach, with A VERY roomy suite!!
