Great location on beach in Cocoa Beach. Great location right on the beach. Across the street from a Publix supermarket-so convenient. Get your water, ice teas, sunscreen etc at Publix because it's very expensive to get it in the lobby store. I nearly fainted when they told me how much one ice tea was! Pool area was small but nice with a bar and they serve food until 7pm or so. It stinks that you have to pay a parking fee when there's plenty of parking lot availible - but that's another way to make money. A 10-15 minute drive to Port Canaveral, close to many restaurants and bars and a 10 minute drive to Cocoa Village which is a quaint downtown area across the Banana and Indian Rivers . Love Cocoa Beach and the vibe there.

Too Expensive! They charge like a resort, but really just a glorified basic hotel. Save your money. The photography is grossly misleading. This is not a Beach Resort. It’s a really nice Super 8. The pool was one depth (4 ft 6in - if you have kids ) freezing, super tiny and completely outside. No hot tub. Really cramped space. The beach was nice, but rough and very brown. Go to a better part of Florida!! Way too much money for this experience. Also, they continued to overcharge for parking which is NOT included in your $390 daily rate. I had to call Hilton and speak to the front desk multiple times in an attempt to reverse the multiple charges on my card.

Bad customer service The hotel was nice, good bar, good breakfast. Pool too small and always full of kids. Right on the beach though. Good room. BUT, water was turned off last morning. They could’ve told us at checkin but decided instead to leave a note under our door at night. They also won’t compensate or adjust the rate. Having no water in the morning is a huge inconvenience, but what is worse is the won’t give you any compensation.

Great Customer Service from Hilton! Stayed here on our last night of our US road trip. Check in/out was easy Sophia on the front desk was lovely. The hotel was spotless & decorated well. There is a small pool & the outside bar area is nice as is the boardwalk onto the beach. We did not used restaurant or indoor bar area. Our room itself 404 was nice plenty of room & a sea view. We had paid extra for a full sea view & balcony unfortunately we couldn’t use our balcony as it looked directly onto the hotel’s air conditioning units (there are quite a few) & they are very loud! I think 404 is possibly the only room affected by this so it was a disappointing end to our holiday. If you are happy not to use the balcony & don’t pay extra there is nothing wrong with the room. This is where Hilton for me are a fabulous company they read my review that I sent replying to an email they sent me (I always wondered if anyone actually read these reviews!) Hilton contacted me & compensated me with out me asking 10/10 for customer services. Would definitely stay again but would request a different room.

Great Beachside spot Went here for the weekend for Thunder at Cocoa Beach. Hotel looked a great location for the racing. Location is first rate, couple of seconds and you are on the beach, facilities were good, staff very good, rooms good size and clean. Partial sea view, only because the palm tree was in the way. Very good place, pool is a little small but the sea is right there, so not critical. Bar staff were good, chatty and attentive. Negatives were me is that I found my room which was over the main foyer a little noisy, like a constant A/C noise and the Hotel was a taxi ride away from everything, I'd have preferred to have been able to walk but 4 miles in 95f is tough going. I'd use the hotel again, but would be pickier on room choice.
