Nice, Clean and Comfortable We would stay here again if we go through Coeur d’ Alene again. Clean, price was right, they’ve been updating the rooms, carpets and you can tell. The clerk was friendly and efficient. We read reviews and look at the price to help decide where to stay. When traveling we mainly want a clean place to sleep before we go on.

Quality at a fair price Inexpensive lodging, friendly staff, decent sized room, modern and clean, huge king bed and comfortable pillows. Not much on the breakfast menu but clean and inviting breakfast room. Accommodated my German shepherd nicely, great play, walking area. Good parking area, nicely lit.

The best hotel to stay in! The people are helpful and awesome. The rooms are clean, pillows are soft , the breakfast is amazing. I recommend this place to stay. Every amenity you want is there. Walmart is super clean. Plenty of good food places and restaurants. People there are helpful and nice.

Disappointing This is the second filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is food on the wall under the table, garbage under the bed under the box spring cover which is ripped and laying on the floor and the rug is dirty. The worst was the bathroom. The tile floor is disgusting, the grout between the tiles is packed with dirt and when water gets on the floor you get a mess, plus the tub is stained and doesn’t feel clean. Our 2 queen bed room is tight and dark and dingy. My sister staying across the hall at one bed room and says it smells of cigarettes, and her sheets had bad stains, although they did smell of bleach. None of us were happy with the bathrooms which were tiny, there are no hooks to hang clothes or your towel, the sink is small and no counter space. We both ran out of toilet paper and kleenex the first day. and the tp holder was crooked and our roll kept falling on the floor. We were happy that our dogs were allowed (but don’t walk on their grass because there is poo not cleaned up) and the staff was friendly and helpful with fresh towels and tp. (that’s why we are giving a 2 instead of a 1). We understand it’s not a large motel but if you plan on meeting with others (we tried to meet up with family) there’s no place to do it as the rooms are too small. It would be nice if the lobby was bigger, or there another place. The small breakfast area was closed during non breakfast hours.

Travel from another state for medical treatment We have to travel from another state to get medical treatment for brain injury I have. We always stay at your hotel because of location & good service we receive. Our stay is usually one night but there has been times I been on no travel restrictions which the staff has always accommodate us at the last minute. Thank you
