Clean and comfy. We were a Late night check in due to our flight being cancelled. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise with having to extend our stay!! Very nice staff. The room was so clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and two types of pillows if you like firm or soft:) GREAT COFFEE!! And shuttle to and from the Atlanta airport. I couldn’t have wished for more. Only downside was the door had a gap that let lots of light in and the sounds from people in the lobby talking loudly in the EARLY AM as we were on the first floor, Room 102.

Bait and Switch soooooo let's just say the pictures on the web did not look like this...I had a layover in Atlanta and needed some rest so I booked this reservation thinking I was going to get some sleep.....which was difficult with the construction going on. The lobby was closed off with plastic and there were construction vehicles in the lot. Now I will say the front desk staff (and maybe a manager) were super nice and friendly. I asked for a room away from noise so she did what she could. The bed was comfortable. That's all I got. If I weren't so sleepy I probably would have just went somewhere else. oh yeah and they place has the nerve to charge not only a "city" fee but a "resort" fee..... I'm not kidding a resort fee for what? And I specifically looked for a hotel with free parking and ended up paying $5.00...so a total of $50 extra in fees Make sure you check out the pool full of concrete....I'm definitely disappointed...at the very least they should let people know prior top that the place is being remodeled

Worst hotel experience of my life. Worst hotel experience ever! Though I had specifically chosen this hotel because they had advertised as 'breakfast included' none was available. I was advised on check-in about no breakfast - as it was too late, I had no choice. I was told that the room had a coffee maker. It was an inferior coffee maker with very weak coffee. The shop downstairs had nothing of substance. I could see from the fire diagram that I was given the smallest and worst room in the building. It was beside the lift and over the front door. Not conducive to sleep for someone coming off a long-haul flight who had requested a quiet room I had some tea with me so next morning I asked for hot water...I was directed down a corridor to a small poky room labelled 'gym'!! It had a hot water dispenser. I left as soon as possible. The room? Dark and dank. Dark brown, airless and poky.

Not for International Terminal Arrivals If arriving at the International Terminal, this is a very poor option. A couple days before our arrival, we received an email from the hotel informing us "For the shuttle service you must head to Ground Transportation at the Domestic Terminal North. This is the only place that shuttles will pick up guests. We do not pick up at the international terminal. There is, however, an International Shuttle Connect that will take guests from the International Terminal to the Domestic Shuttle Pick Up." Bottom line, it took us 1 hour and 46 minutes to get from the baggage area exit to the Intl Shuttle, to the Domestic shuttle, to the check-in deck, to our room. Very long waits at both shuttles and at check-in. Plus the room (except the bedding) was far from clean. Never again!

Subpar My flight was cancelled so Delta gave me the option of staying here for the night. I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick me and other guests up from the airport. I was told that they ran every 30 min but that was not the case that night. The information I received from Delta stated that there would be a free breakfast in the morning. (There was not.) I wish that was the worst thing though. It is dirty, the furniture is worn and used, there are multiple stains on the carpets, and the wallpaper is peeling away from some of the walls. As I was about to lie down, I felt a large wet spot in the middle of the bed. The comforter as well as the sheets underneath were wet. It was storming that night and I'm thinking there was a leak in the ceiling - at least I hope that was where the wet spot came from. The photos I took were from the room I was in after I told the from desk about the wet spot on the bed. I will be calling Delta Airlines to suggest they do not offer this hotel to travelers who's flights have been cancelled.
