Awful We arrived after driving 7 hours. the lights outside the building were burnt out and there was a mini van in the parking lot with the windows broke out. Going in I saw that breakfast was not included at this time even though that was one reason I prebooked the hotel. I prebooked with points. I had to leave a $75 deposit as a security deposit. Finally got my key card and the kids and I went up to the room. We got into the elevator and when it started it did a big drop that freaked the kids out. We got up to the floor of our room and the hall was really dimmly lit and out key card would not work on the door. The kids were in tears by this time and said they were scared. We went back down to the lobby told them we were not staying and asked for my deposit to be refunded. They advised it was just a hold on the card and it would be canceled. When we went back out to the car there was a guy going through the parking lot with a flashlight looking in the car windows. We left not caring about a refund on the points I used for the room just wanting to make my kids feel safe again. we went to and paid for another hotel. A month later I got my credit card bill and I was charged $50.00. I called, and they said they never charged me $50... I am now having to dispute it with my credit card company. Never never again would I think of staying here or recommend anyone else stay here until some vast improvements are made.

ROACHES This place has roaches, plenty of them, got called a N**** for asking them to accommodate me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They also do not offer refunds so please read reviews before you book. Also they have a terrible oder throughout the hotel.

Room was awful! The room was very unkempt. The bedding was torn and dingy. The bathroom had no towels or toiletries and tub and sink were not clean. The bathroom also had no doorknob or lock. The furniture and ac unit we’re in disrepair…I couldn’t report it because the only staff there left for the night! I could go on but we only have 200 characters…

Bad place Bad place this place should closed please people can get sick by staying the there. And everything in the was broke they need fix those stuff . I’m not satisfied at all. I’m asking for the company to take responsibility to fix this place.

Do Not Stay Here Unsafe area, criminal activity in the parking lot. Pictures on the website are not for this hotel. Room had no lamps, bathroom light was the only one. King size bed had one pillow which looked like someone was just sleeping on it. Ceiling was peeling and falling down. Bathroom was disgusting! No towels, soap, shower curtain. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. This is more like a "stay for an hour" hotel. Not for vacationers or business travel!!!!!
