Mixed Experiences Throughout Our Stay Daughter and I stayed at this location while we were traveling through the area. Check in process was fairly straightforward and efficient once we were able to get somebody to attend the front desk, but it took 10-15 minutes to find an available person. Similar experience with checking out the next morning, although we never could find anybody as we were heading out. Our room was clean and in decent repair. Bedding and mattresses were comfortable, and we slept with minimal noise or interruptions throughout the night. Amenities, however, were somewhat lacking. Chose the location for their swimming pool, so my daughter and I could enjoy unwinding after a long (and hot) day on the road. Pool was open and available when we checked in, but it was closed less than an hour later when we went downstairs after unpacking the car. Spoke to a different woman working the counter, who was busy playing on her phone, and her response was to avoid looking at us and provide no details besides “Yep, it’s closed.” and “Won’t be ready today.” Breakfast selection was limited, but items available were decent if somewhat meager.

Horrible manager She knew we were homeless and found a way which was no reason to keep my 100$ deposit and never cared about the fact that her night desk worker was pointing her phone towards my girlfriend so her tictoc group chat of men could see her and talk about her body the lady name was Julie

Great service Besides the one insident with worker everything was fantastic. It was peaceful quiet and cozy. We will stay again.

Poor customer service The check-in process was hell. It was not stated when i made the online reservation that there is a 21 age minimum to rent a room, not that there is a maximum of 2 guests per king room (4 per room with two fulls). Staff were disrespectful during check-in, which took at least 10 minutes, and the manager was presumably on the phone with the location owner most of this time. We also had to fill out and sign a form verifying the age of the person renting the room, our vehicle information, and more. Additionally the pool is tiny, and not at all what we expected.

On the go Place is in need of some updating. However they are very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is not very deep in what is offered. We spent the night on the way to another destination. Kids liked the pool which is a saltwater pool. Good location.
