Days Inn by Wyndham Colorado City

All around good stay, and would definitely come back. Very nice hotel, enjoyed the room. Breakfast was delicious, I really liked the waffles! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Hanging out by the pool was also very nice, that was probably my favorite part. I would definitely come stay again!!

Do not stay here Please do not stay here. Other then the hotel being dirty, some bread in zip lock bag for breakfast, they also have terrible guest mangers. I made a 1 night reservation for my daughter and husband to stay, I have confirmation for a one night stay, but they charged us for 2 nights. Several phone calls over 2 weeks for a refund, and still waiting. The floors were so dirty that my husband was nervous for our 5 year old daughter walking barefoot. Sheets had stain on them. Trash was found behind side tables, bed etc. We will probably never see the refund, which has been processing for over a week now according to them. Atleast the front desk clerk tried to help.

Disappointed AC didn't work, sink wouldn't drain, phone didn't work when trying to reach front desk. The staff was okay but the manager should have stepped up.

Pet Room Challenged Had HVAC, plumbing, and tub/shower cleanliness issues. Got a lecture on what I was doing wrong instead of a fix. Would not stay here with a pet again.

We will never stop at this filthy, dilapidated location staffed by incompetent and lazy employees again. We arrived at the checkin time of 3pm, were told by housekeeping they weren't prepared for guests (although they had our reservation), and waited an hour for our room to be "cleaned" and prepared. There were plenty of cleaners on site, all busy making excuses, and NOT cleaning. This is a huge facility, in very bad repair, mostly unoccupied, except for cleaners (there were five!). We were told we could wait in the reception area, and when I went to use the women's restroom, every single stall was clogged and the toilets were full of urine/feces/toilet paper, which I reported. We finally got into our room. It mostly clean. The television did not work. This morning, we went to partake of the "light" breakfast. Offerings included a few pieces of bread which could be toasted, a huge tub of margarine by which it could be "buttered," dry cereal, milk, and waffles. Oh, and coffee, which we asked to be refilled because both pots ran dry. While we were drinking our coffee, all the cleaners arrived and sat visiting in the front office. We packed up, and turned in our keys, and all five were still visiting in the front office. I went to check on the clogged toilets I had reported the day before--while apparently unclogged, they were completely filthy, and had obviously not been cleaned AT ALL. Absolutely disgusting. This place has many possibilities, but apparently making it habitable is not a priority for Days Inn. Sad.
