3 nite stay in Comfort Inn North Not a new Comfort Inn and it needs some TLC and updating, but it was pretty clean and seems well run. Breakfast was plentiful and area was clean. Location was excellent with plenty if parking and wildlife in the back. Was heads and tails better than the LaQuinta Inn in south Colo Springs!

BED BUGS, Don’t stay here BED BUGS!!! While we were there, my daughter started getting bit by bed bugs, we thought it was a rash, but it was actually from bed bugs. We now have bed bugs at our house after staying at the hotel. After talking to the front desk manager (the manager didn’t have the decency to call me back after she said she would), they concluded there were no bed bugs and a lot of people have stayed in the room since. Does not sound honest to me since we did not stay anywhere before or after and started having issues while staying there. I would never recommend anyone to stay here!!

Great service Great service! I wasn’t prepared for the May snowstorm and a very nice front desk agent lent me her personal snow scraper. Actually, every employee we came across was very pleasant. Our room was one floor above the lobby and had a nice view of the snow covered trees ;). Slept great (bed was super comfy) and there was a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately my husband left his camera charger behind, plugged into the outlet. I called a couple of days later and the housekeeper had turned it in to the front desk. We really appreciate their honesty and that they happily mailed it back to us. There are fancier hotels out there, but we were very pleased with our experience and how we were treated.

Really needs a Reno! Old and beat up. I booked this hotel during AFA Parent's weekend for 1 night, because all the hotel prices were super inflated and I ONLY needed a 1 night stay, so I figured it would be OK. Nothing actually went wrong... everything was just very old and smelly and the plumbing and AC/fan were loud. We checked in late, and I think the only thing they had left was a room on the lower level. It was not good. Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in many, many years. I would not stay here again. If someone on an extremely low budget asked - I would tell them that MAYBE they could try - but likely for the same price would find something better/newer elsewhere. The Coffee maker wasn't even working the next morning. What hotel doesn't have coffee???????. The location was OK, the staff was OK - just get this completely renovated and things will be better.

Awful! I've stayed at a lot of Comfort Inns before but this by far was the worst. When we checked in, everything seemed fine. We get to the room and it was TERRIBLE. The sheets on both beds were heavily stained and dirty. The floor had a lot of stains on it. The chair was ripped up and stained. The curtains were stained with what looked like blood. The bathroom had rust just about everywhere. The paint was peeling. It was awful! We tried to make the best of it and asked for fresh sheets but those sheets looked more like brown than they did white. We stayed about 2 hours and then checked out.
