Bedbugs BEDBUGS…At 3am, my in laws found bedbugs so we decided to leave and sleep in our cars. The employee on duty said that they’ve had problems with bedbugs on the third floor and she’s tried telling management but they continue to book rooms and not handle it properly. She was unable to issue our refund at the time but said that when the manager came in, they would be able to. After numerous phone conversations with the manager, she told us that she still had 27 check outs to handle before she could check the room and that she was working alone because of call offs. I explained that we had photos but she said that customers have lied before. Very frustrating experience and we had to contact upper management to get it handled. Still have not received our refund

Bedbugs There were none apparent when we arrived. We noticed one later in the evening. We pulled back the blanket and sheets and saw nothing more. Redressed the bed and before we could leave, saw another larger one. My sons and daughters were with me in two other rooms. I didn’t want to risk any of us carrying bugs home with us or being bitten. My family and I opted to leave. I used a cup to catch the two we saw and notify the desk attendant. She was very apologetic and told us the floor had recently been treated because management had been notified other guests on the same floor on other occasions had reported finding them. I asked for a refund and she said since it was booked through Expedia, the hotel could not issue the refund. Expedia would have to issue the refund. Corporate has been contacted. We spent the rest of the night sleeping in our cars and are hoping for reimbursement we are rightfully due.

The Front Desk saved the visit The room was stink and the coffee maker was full of dust. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never visited our room. Had to get towels from front desk. Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and dry. Coffee was bitter. The breakfast attendant was friendly but she couldn’t save that experience. We ended up leaving and going to Waffle House. The only reason the stay rated an average is because the front desk associate was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating

Two night stay I did not like it, lots of constructions workers stay at this hotel. parking lot is full with comercial vehicles. the rooms smells, the bed skirts and carpets are dark color, the elevators are slow and filthy, the towels look like they get wash with water only no detergent or softener. Frond desk staff are not friendly. Location to the base, for graduation is good and breakfast are good, but If you can afford to pay more and sleep in a hotel that offers cleanness and comfort do so, check the base recommendations for hotels online you”ll have happy stay. I do not recommend this Hotel.
