Good Stay We were welcomed by Ashley and her friendly vibes as we entered the hotel and she never stopped being friendly and helpful. We were there to watch the Gamecock football game. When we returned soaking wet, she even offered to help get our clothes dry. This is the way every front desk clerk should be….thank you Ashley!! The hotel was under renovations so everything was not finished but the room was super clean and comfy. The breakfast was quite adequate.and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed being made a welcomed guest by Ashley.

Do Not Recommend until Renovations Complete PROS: - Nice front desk staff welcoming us as a Choice member! - Beds were very comfortable. Good sleep. CONS: - Middle of renovation, our room seemed halfway done. - The cost was too high considering renovations. - Hallways were in poor shape and no A/C. - Shower was terrible: 1) very low pressure, 2) hard to adjust temp (freezing to scorching), 3) didn't drain well so was in a puddle Reason for 2 stars: I asked front desk for a bit of discount or points for the shower and a call from the manager. I waited a couple weeks before giving this review. No call, no discount, no points.

Safe and comfortable This hotel was in a busy area with several hotels and fast food places. The evening and morning desk staff were friendly. We spent one night and the room was fine. There was a complimentary breakfast with coffee, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereals, and other items served in the dining area.

Super Disappointing! This hotel was a mess. I paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel but was never told the pool was closed, the lobby was rundown, the ice machines were broken, the place is under renovation but currently super rundown and dirty. No one cleans your room until you leave. I had planned to bring my family back to utilize the outdoor space but there was no “space” to use. Rooms are outdated and tired.

Mrs I am unhappy I was lied to in the advertisement and on the phone when I called. It says main gate to fort Jackson and it is not. I asked if recruits were allowed to come here on family day was told yes, and that is a big NO!!!!
