One of the few in the network that hold true to their mission as well as keep to their promises in upstanding service. From breakfast, to comfy and clean rooms, this is a hotel I can recommend to everyone anytime.

Contractor Party Spot This hotel had lots of contractors. That was not a problem for us - until 10:30pm. At that time, they began partying - literally a few feet from our window. This went on until 2:00 am! We contacted the front desk 5 different times. They did nothing to stop the noise. We asked them to move the group away from the building - away from the rooms. That did not happen. When we contacted management the next day and complained, they basically said tough luck! They said the room was non-refundable so they didn't care that we got no sleep. Beware!!

Very disappointed I was so disappointed. Country inn and suites has always been very nice. This one is not! From stains in the bath tube to chips in the wall. Holes where at some point something use to hang. The lamp shade looks like it was thru a war. Then breakfast, There was maybe 1/2 cup off eggs and two sausages. It was the most sparse selection I have ever seen.

this breakfast needs help and so does the building unfortunately the towel rack was broken the chair was ripped the lights were left unplugged the alarm clock was set to the wrong time the TV was almost inoperable and not connected to the services available on the remote control. I couldn't seem to muster up Netflix or YouTube TV. breakfast was barely edible mealy sausage a pancake maker that was empty when I got there was eventually fixed the only fresh fruit was an apple. paint throughout the building needs to be touched up including the bathroom in the room where I stayed. they didn't seem to have clean towels and sheets in the bed was okay so I stayed the night. parking was limited in the front near the door so I had to walk around the building. the clerk who checked me in had to be reminded to give me back my MasterCard and ID. obviously knew and supervised but need a little bit more practice. very disappointing stay

Great Lodging experience I stayed at this hotel a week ago due to its proximity to Congaree National Park. This hotel is located a short distance from several dining options. The room was clean and furnishings were well maintained. If you’re a night owl, the swimming pool and hot tub are opened until midnight every day. The free breakfast on weekends runs until 10:30am. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Columbia.
