If you want a disgusting place to spend an evening, this is your spot! This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was nasty outside, cigarette butts everywhere the place just Gross. I could not get over the roaches. They were EVERYWHERE and on EVERYTHING from the iron to the bed, kitchen, bathroom, nightstands, dressers, desk, chairs, heating/cooling unit, doorknob... EVERYWHERE! This was Definitely not the Extended Stay which I Intended to Stay. stove was filthy. This type of hotel encourages bad people to stay in them, which means you are surrounded by people who are up late, loud, that inspired me with just a touch of in-fear-of-a-break-in, etc. Breakfast just coffee. (BTW I'AM TALKING ABOUT THE EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SUITES COLUMBIA GREYSTONE)

Discrimination for mentally handicapped. Also deliberate risk to personal safety Malfunctioning dress or broken the TV fell and broke I was charged for it even though the staff knew that the dresser was broken already. They threw me out on the streets and I was a missing person for 2 days because I have a traumatic brain injury and I get this orientated. I went 2 weeks without a TV before they build me $600 for it. I'm not paying the $600 for it and I want my money back from November 16th to December 6th. They haven't even returned my money for the nights that I wasn't there and I was missing roaming around the city of Columbia where the police were trying to find me and my family flew all the way down from New York because of your negligent staff.

Second bad experience I am so angry and frustrated right now. You get what you pay for. I am here at extended-stay America on 450 Gracern Rd Columbia South Carolina. I am a travel nurse who is staying here for 9 weeks. I arrived on June 12th. Week one shower wasn't working, sink leaking, light by bed not working. week 2 is not fixed. week 3 is not fixed. week 4 is fixed. found breaker box open so assuming they needed to do something in the breaker box. I just came back from a funeral out of town. I wash clothes and sit down to do school work and a few hours later I am hungry so I go to the refrigerator to find the refrigerator is off the inside is warm. all of my frozen foods are thawed out and ruined. Call the front desk they say they will call the manager. I'm sure they have an emergency team or something. No, I am told the manager says that they will be here in the morning. so not only is my food ruined. there does not seem to be any real concern or urgency about this as if food is cheap to buy. I paid 18$ for a pack of 4 salmon. I have 12$ frozen smoothie mixes. shrimp, salmon patties, etc. I am so angry right now. I tried to give an extended stay a second chance after a bad experience at the one in charlotte NC by the airport. It has been a while since I have stayed in one. this is it. Never ever again.

I Really Dont Know What To Say Me and my Husband was there for almost 3 years and never had any problems until i was told they woukdnt except my payment and i had to leave and that was was without notice,they wasnt going to except cash anymore and called the cops on me tresspassed me for no reason, but alsp they flooded my room apparently after i left and said they through all our things away. I thought of the staff like family but i was totally blindsided and devestated. We have lost our home our belongings we have nothing and they dont care for the white race because we were the only couple left that was white and they got rid of us and our things. Im still in shock and hurt ,I really dont know how the management is so heartless,and did us this way. They will be hearing from my lawyer for discrimination,racism,damaging my porperty,and false allegations .Stay far away from the ESA OF COLUMBIA,SC!!!!!!!

My stay at extended stay america I was there for about 7months and the staff was great the even worked with me as much as they could when I got hired on at my job and started getting paid every two weeks instead of weekly. If I have to go anywhere I definitely would go back there.
