Gorgeous property, spacious, clean, and conveniently located! Beautiful property, conveniently located to dining, shopping, interstate, etc. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciate the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Free and plentiful parking.

Had and issue......but they worked hard to solve it In Columbia on business. Went down to the lobby to get coffee, and my door lock decided to stop working. I did not take my phone, laptop or anything and now i am lock out of my room. The front desk staff (especially Courtney) did everything they could to solve the situation as quick as possible. It was not really quick fix (took about 25 min) but they did everything possible and let me know that their customers are valued.....

Awful staff Charged me for a king room got two queens wouldnt give me a refund for it or partial money back gave me the key to a occupied room and then is gonna call and knock on the door trying to change me a extra 75 bucks with no explanation telling me I’m being rude because she can’t figure out who’s in what room absolutely bs

Disappointing Return Visit – Cleanliness and Maintenance Have Declined We stayed at this hotel last summer and had a fine experience, which is why we chose to return during a visit with family this past weekend. Unfortunately, this stay was a letdown and didn’t reflect the same level of comfort or care we previously experienced. The room had a stained comforter, and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, which made it difficult to use. Common areas weren’t much better — the elevator and interior corridors were uncomfortably hot, and the hallways were cluttered with trash, towels, luggage carts, and even a vacuum that sat unattended for long periods. The carpets were also stained and in need of cleaning. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and lacked the attention to detail that made our first stay pleasant. We’ll be looking elsewhere for accommodations on future trips to the area.

Just a weekend getaway! It was great room was very clean,pleasant stay and will go back. The bar/ restaurant was great as well. Bar tender was friendly and the drinks was cold . Food was good . Enjoyed the over all stay. For the amount of kids that was there it over all was an enjoyable experience.
