Frequent visitor Reserving was easy enough and the service on arrival was great. Room was ready and check in was quick and smooth. I was in my room in no time and and slumbering. breakfast was sufficient as well as good. Staff is always helpful and friendly!

Bad first experience They had roaches in the room that they did nothing about , it was hard to find a worker to tell them about it and they ended up keeping the deposit because some hair products got on the towels from washing our hair. The morning shift lady was kind of rude and the night shift lady just didn’t care

Overall good experience Great Staff! Room as advertised. Accessible shower needs bath mats, very slippery. Hotel needs to be updated, very old, kind of shabby,but clean. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of coming into the rooms on a daily basis. Nice Continental Breakfast.

They don’t always change the bedding. Be careful They don’t always change the bedding. I caught a virus after sleeping on a contaminated pillow from the last guest. I didn’t notice until after that there was a yellowish dried fluid on my pillow case. I wasn’t sick before then but I’m am currently writing this sick as a dog thanks to this hotel.
