great folks and great place great folks and great place. mgr works had with staff. julie mary que jeremry the two kitchen girls are fabulous all the staff works hard and is so kind breakfast is one of the best millie is always helping the folks and saudi is kind too the maids are great and so clean. thx all for great efforts lee browning bluffton sc

Nice and clean, comfy bed Stayed here while attending a military graduation. Everything was good and clean. Even left some of my clothes and they returned them to me. I thought they hadn’t returned a hoodie. I called and reported, but I was wrong. I called back to humbly apologize and I was treated respectfully even after realizing and admitting my error and my apology was accepted graciously, no raking me over the coals. Shew, I felt terrible! Thank you.

BAD BUSINESS THE WORST SECURITY EVER My car plus 4 other cars were broking into by windows being busted out completely they even claim to have security but some how this was still able to happened we called the cops they said this has been happening at this location lately. The hotel staff did nothing to at least accommodate neither victim of the stressed we experience with dealing with alll we had to deal with not even an apology...nothing...bad business and the worst security ever! Don't recommend to stay here ever at all they didn't even to bother to let the other people know they car was broken into....annnnnd they have roaches!

Would not recommend :( I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stay. Tonight I checked in and found two MASSIVE roaches. One dead in the bathroom and one crawling in the room. The front desk acted annoyed when I wanted a refund.

Nice inside the hotel and room, not safe location Nice Holiday Inn Express, nice lobby, nice room, nice bathroom, missing some shelves and hooks in the bathroom though. Bedroom was clean and confortable. Breakfast was good, dining area was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is awfull, went for a walk but felt I was gonna kidnapped, it’s a boulevard so car are speeding and some dudes were looking and honking at me… I did look like a city girl in a getto area. If you stay in the hotel, you’ll be fine LOL Good for short stay, not long.
