Clean, Excellent Hotel This is a very clean and well-kept hotel, right off I-20. The room was excellent. The shower was clean, and the AC worked! The pool is in excellent shape, and the breakfast was good. The staff was especially pleasant. There are also a good number of restaurants within a mile of its location. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through.

Everything needs cleaning The room floors were filthy. I walked from the bed to the shower and dirt washed off my feet. There was dust everywhere. The furniture was old and needed updating. Water leaked out of the shower due to the shower head squirting out. Normal LaQuinta breakfast was ok.

Update to my original review I chose this location based on reviews, having experienced it, l'd love to save someone else the trouble. If you're traveling with pets, look elsewhere. 25$ per animal per night is absolutely RIDICULOUS. (See bottom for edit and update) We have stayed in La Quinta's all over the US for a decade & have NEVER been charged like that. Usually it's a flat fee for the entire stay for up to two animals. We would have stayed some where more nice if we knew we were going to spend 100$ extra. As far as the room went, it was a nice size. However the shower was dingy to point it felt gross to use it and the toilet moved around coming up off the floor. Generally I'm not picky with rooms, as long as they're clean and comfortable. I truly don't like leaving bad reviews. I'd like to add we asked for extra pillows on our reservation when booking because we were going to utilize the sofa beds. They weren't in the room, which was no problem at all, it's easy enough to just ask the desk! Well when we went to get them there was none to be had. We were thankful to get two blankets for the kids. The "sofa" bed as advertised is a cheap futon that pulls out from under the couch and literally just pushes against the couch. It's not an actual bed... so that was an interesting surprise. It too was dingy and broken down. We were in a king suite that had a separate room for the bed. The A/C in the suite room didn't turn on at all. The one in the main room wasn't functioning correctly when trying to set the air to a certain temp. It'd either go up or back down. Depending on where you slept, you either froze or were hot. Also to mention the entire 3rd floor smelled of cigarettes the first night we were there. The only thing I can say is it's in a nice location and we felt safe there. If you don't have animals, by all means. If you do, expect to add a few hundred dollars in a mediocre hotel. EDIT: I want to keep my original review as it’s relevant, but was asked to add that Myra from the hotel called and let me know I was over charged for the pet fee and that she was going to credit the fee back, which I greatly appreciate. It was also stated on the call that they’re changing their pet fee policy.

The gentleman working confirms my reservation is in the system but NO rooms They just gave the room away ! He was irritated, I was upset (crazy) I am sleeping in the lobby with my daughter.
