Good experiences I am staying at this hotel for work I have been here for more then 40 days. My family and I are here on a work trip and we are busy the workers make sureour room is always nice and clean the housekeeping is nice .they make sure I don't need anything and give me the things i ask for.

Room very dirty My family and I stayed here in January of 2022. It was a wonderful stay so on our return to the area this December we decided to book again. This time was a big disappointment. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was not rude, but was also not helpful. There were signs saying the indoor pool was closed for the season. My children were quite upset about this as this is one reason we booked here. I believe the room has not been vacuumed in a very long time. There were adult toenail clippings on the floor by the beds, candy wrappers from a previous guest by the nightstand and every surface was covered in dust. The TV remote did not work. The bathroom floor was covered in hair from previous guest. The breakfast this morning was acceptable, the young lady that was working the area was working her tail off. She is clearly overworked and under paid. I understand in this time and day that good help is hard to find, workers are hard to find in general. I am posting this review in hopes that the hotel can return to what it was in January and that others whom are paying $100 a night can at least obtain a clean room.

Horrible I never really complain about anything but tonight was completely unacceptable. I went through 5 rooms and they all had bed bugs. The Manager stated I could either stay in one of the rooms with bedbugs or they can check me out without my money refunded because the room was checked in at 3 pm. So basically just get ate up or donate the money to The new Comfort Inn and Suites ___ not happening. Please check your beds mattress box springs and everything when staying at a hotel. The kicker is I was told nobody else has complained but the front desk worker went room to room with me and just kept apologizing I think she was just as shocked as me. That hotel needs to be closed for a good cleaning. She said pest control was just here. I guess this why I told her they need to come right back. I have more pictures. This is the Comfort Inns and Suites in Columbus,Ms on October 13,2022

Hygiene/cleanliness concern in rooms Bad experience, next time I am in town within that area, I will definitely consider a different hotel. I did not expect this out of Wingate by Wyndham Columbus. Significantly lacking maintenance. Hopefully top management reads my review with the goal to take immediate action for improvement...

Do Not Stay Here!!! Unclean rooms,unfriendly Guest Service Agent. Asked for a ADA room it came with a chipped/cracked tub to step into. When I brought this to the attention of the staff it was as if I offended him by saying his rooms were unclean.
