Will definitely be back! Overall a wonderful and clean hotel. Carlee at the front desk was very professional and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Columbus or any who just wants a night away from home!

Poor experience !!!! This property has gone down hill in the last few years. We use to stay here every year traveling through the area. We checked in and went the our room only to find no light bulbs in the lamps next to the bed. Both sides had no lights. Called the main desk to report it because I didn’t want them to think I took them. They offered to switch us to another room but the clerk wasn’t sure if the TV worked in that room! We decided to stay in the room with no light bulbs only to discover the AC didn’t work !! After another call to the main desk we were moved to another room ( TV worked ) unpacked jumped in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Tissue box was empty also. We won’t be going back !! Would expect more being its Holiday Inn Express.

Very poor DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! This hotel canceled my reservation with no explanation other than we are overbooked Seems fishy when I booked the reservation 6 weeks in advance. When I called the hotel directly, they wanted to just send me to an automated system. No customer service at all. And didn't even try to help resolve the problem they created. This is the prime example of corporate America!

Edit from earlier review I'm making an edit from my earlier review. I found the blow dryer!!! The room is clean, love having toiletries in the shower and bathroom sink, regular size bottles! I've shared our wonderful experience with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel!! We will stay here anytime we come to Columbus for medical appointments.

Friendly and Inviting Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Chenelle was so helpful at check in and with questions. They had road construction and a couple repairs going on but that is expected. Seeing repairs being done is a good sign. They’ll have a nice, newly paved road to the entrance in the near future. Enjoy the upgrades.
