Clean updated hotel Very good value the money. Neat, clean comfy bed and pillows. Had a pool, hot tub, microwave, fridge, hair dryer. Upgraded bottles soaps, shampoos, conditioners and the best breakfast buffet with hot fresh waffles and toppings, omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausages, muffins etc. attendant constantly refilling food or cleaning. Great experience, plus inexpensive.

Great Stay! We were visiting our daughter for a wedding so we stayed for two nights in room 258 which was very quiet as we had hoped. The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The bathroom was very nice with great shower with lots of water pressure. The reception staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, cheese omelettes,Waffles, Sausage Patties and a variety of other breakfast items. The menu varied the next day. We will definitely come again on our next visit to Concord from Hope, BC We are happy that we ignored all the negative review of which we did not encounter at all. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Disappointing Stay I booked this BW after having a great experience at another location. This one did not live up to my expectations. The screens on multiple windows (including ours) were bent back, like someone has been checking to see if windows are left unlocked. Both key cards stopped working, but hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was really bad. Sausages that looked like they came from my cat's litter box, a dead field roach squished on the floor of the eating area, and not great options. But it was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Nothing good to say. We stayed at the BW Heritage Inn and got a handicapped accessible room. Besides seeing a cockroach in the bathroom at night, the floor in the shower was extremely slippery and when I grabbed one of the handrails, it was slimy. I honestly feared that I was in danger of falling and breaking my hip or neck! It was absolutely not handicap friendly.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! In contrary to some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Best Western Concord CA to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back! Ignore the negative reviews and give them a chance. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank You!
