Dirty This property is far below the standards of Hilton properties. I've been a Hilton Honors member for nearly 20 years and this is the dirtiest property I've stayed in. There is mold all along the caulking in the shower and down the sides of the tub to the floor. I would not stay at this property ever again.

Incredibly unclean and sketchy! Worst hotel I have ever been to. Night staff was creepy and made me think he would steal items from an unoccupied room. All rooms that my team checked into had not been clean. See photo with make up handprint on bathroom door. Charged for parking in a completely open lot! Who does that? Checked in late, but was so disgusted checked out the next day and moved to a different hotel. Very baffled by this anomaly of a hotel as Hampton Inns are usually perfectly nice. Do not recommend.

Nona at the front desk is so sweet and deserves a raise! Nona has the best customer service I’ve witnessed at any hotel. She is so sweet and accommodating plus bonus points for empathizing with me while I was traveling by myself with 2 small kids. I would book again based off her service alone but the room was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Over all a great experience!

Not for the faint of heart!! The room was dirty - my sink in the bathroom did not drain fast enough for the incoming water to wash away my toothpaste - there was hair that was stuck to the tile in the shower that came loose when the shower water hit - linens were stained and gross and there was a used Q-Tip that reared it’s ugly head from under the bed - disgusting -

awful terrible customer service. they completely ignored every request i made. even for more towels or toiletries. the management needs to fire everyone there. i even went down to the desk to be told it will happen at some point in the day. i even suggested i’ll bring them back to my room if they can just hand me them. long story short, i didnt receive the towels or toiletries.
