Quality Inn Concord Kannapolis

Ver bad experience at this hotel Very rude at registration demanded CASH deposit of $125.00 NO CREDIT CARD was accepted Room had already been prepaid with a credit card Due to the fact we did not have Cash we were not registered Had to walk out of the hotel and no credit was given at the time. I really do not understand the CASH deposit !!!

Disastours and unplesantexpierene at Quality Inn Kannapolis, N.C. Bad and unpleasant traveling experience. Arrived at Quality Inn Concord,North Carolina on December 26, 2023 around 11:50 pm, Our arrival was 40 minutes after the a reservation made online Upon our arrival the hotel DEMANDED a $125.00 CASH DEPOSIT , NO CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED . After informing the front desk we did not have this amount of cash, we were told by the front desk to go to a bank at 1230 :am late night in a town where we were not familiar and withdrawing cash at ATM. Really?? WHY were we asked for cash ?? At the moment I thought this was a joke. The hotel staff refused to register us because of the cash situation we had to leave without getting the room Refusal to register my family. In all of my tr travels around the world guests are required a credit credit card for a reasonable amount for incidentals. Upon check out the hotels refunded within 48 hours.. I wish our family did not have to go through this really bad experience Our money has not been refunded with no intention of resolving the issue For this resaon we will not be using Quality Inn for our next travels.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Poorest Quality Inn's I have ever stayed at. Never again. 1) Pet Friendly-- CASH ONLY Deposit and Room Fee 2) Breakfast Bar- Waffles and ??? Eat in only 3) Mgmt arguing with Guest in Lobby about take out of coffee 4) No Bus. Ctr. 5) Fenced in like concentration camp- no pet area 6) Many speed bumps and too high 7) Rooms fair- need maintenance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Not honorable!!!! Deceitfully. Nasty people!!!! Beware!!!!! I reserved a room. Its was supposed to be pet friendly hotel. When i got there they wanted a $100 deposit and $25 per night fee. Didn’t say that upfront! So i left. Long day and now i have to find another hotel that doesn’t deceive you. Would never recommend them. Terrible to do that and leave you hanging and rude on top of that!!!!

HARASSED AND PROFILED DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. This review is a little different due to the fact that we were not guests at this location but had to pull over in this parking lot to check my tire that turned out to be bulging and causing my car to shake. Within 2 minutes of pulling into the lot the manager came out to ask what we were doing in the lot and demanded that we leave due to it being private property. I tried to explain that we were quickly checking a tire to assess the damage and he demanded we move to another lot. My friend then inquired that if we had pulled into the lot to inquire about a room, which we weren't, but to rationalize people pulling into the lot. He promptly let yelled that they were sold out which was a clear attempt to let us know we were not welcome despite multiple people checking out and the lot not being busy. Then another man who worked there came out with two other women who I assume were all family to continue to harass us without listening to the fact that we were simply assessing tire damage. This was my first true experience being racially profiled sadly by a family of Indian descent as we clearly appeared to be not welcome based on how we looked. DESPICABLE.
