Perfect for a quick stay I’m always nervous checking into a hotel because you aren’t sure what you might see when getting to your room. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. All employees were kind and pleasant! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!

Family visit Cleaner toilets, do something about the musty smell. Toilets clogged up, given a broken plunger to fix ourself, no assistance.

Very nice stay I definitely had a great night. It was just an over night stay but gentlemen at check in was very nice and informative. Rooms were very big and clean. I slept good in a comfortable bed. I would stay agian .

Good stay near track We booked a hotel room for two nights during the Memorial Day weekend to attend the races at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted and welcomed as Wyndham Rewards member and given the keys to our hotel room. We entered the room to find out that the room had not been cleaned from the prior stay. When the front desk was notified, they immediately notified housekeeping to clean the room. Two housekeepers worked very hard to clean the room for us as we waited at the end of the hall. The housekeeping staff uses Swifters on the restroom floor and the tiles are not smooth so some hairs were left on the floor. I just washed the floor myself and the hair issu e was resolved. Breakfast was good. Recommend hiring more staff for busy weekends. Otherwise a good stay with a good location.
