Great hotel in Concord! First time in Concord and in this hotel. It was really a nice place. The room was clean and it had a lot of space. The service was also very friendly at the front desk. The hotel is also well located near the downtown of Concord. If you want a great hotel, this is the place.

Horrible hotel As someone who does alot of travelling and spends alot of money on accomodations all over the country..trust me when I say if you think about staying here...think again. This is barely a 1 star property. The room and entire floor stunk like years of stale smoke despite it tauting itself non smoking. The carpet in my room riddled with stains...beds are super old the mattresses worn and hard...woke with backaches both days. The tv in my room wss broken witj glowing dots of light from behind the screen. It wouldnt have matterred if it did work since the screen of my phone was bigger thsn this tv. Vending machines only work on certain floors and there is no hotel store for your convenience. Staff are unfreindly and in one instance...RUDE....the last day...the end of my rope I went down gor breakfast...after spending time looking for a fork...thry were empty...,I made a bagel and the staff began putting food away at lightening speed...i ran over and asked if I could make a waffle resl quick for my grznddaughter who hsd not eaten yet....I was bluntly told..."Its been shut off"....it was 9:32. Two second flip of a switch and some courtesy was all I was asking. Maid service must be "requested"....spend your hard earned money at any of the other hotels in the area.

Not really pet friendly Rooms are the furthest rooms from the only exit/entrance which is the main lobby. You have to walk pet down long hallway and put through lobby which is the opposite of what most pet friendly hotels provide. The rooms are more expensive as well as charging a pet fee. Pay it now discount was not offered. We had no refrigerator which should have been included.

“Overpriced & Under Delivered” The hotel exterior looks fine, and there’s plenty of parking, but the weird thing is that you have to enter into the hotel building from the rear to check in. Rte. 93 runs along the backside of the hotel so you can hear all of the traffic noise all night and day long if your room is facing that side. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are very dirty and they smell like mildew. The carpets in the stairwells were also very dirty and they smelled terrible, even worse than the carpets in the hallways and rooms. The rooms decor was very old and outdated, and the room also had a strong musty odor in it. My bathroom didn’t have any bath towels, it only had two wash clothes in it. We had to go back down to the front desk to get towels and a bath mat. The linens on the bed were clean as well as the towels that I had to go get. The bathroom lighting was bad, No lights over the shower and the lighting over the sink was too dull to shave or apply makeup. The shower had black mildew around the bottom of the glass doors and along the bottom of some of the tiles. The hotel offers a hot breakfast each morning from 6:30am to 9:30am, but we didn’t want to risk eating anything out of that hotel’s kitchen. If the rooms and hallways looked and smelled that bad, we could only imagine how clean and sanitized their kitchen was. Overall l give this hotel a 1 out of 5 stars. It was very overpriced and definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again unless they do a complete renovation of the entire property. Please do yourself and your family a favor and find a better, cleaner and cheaper hotel to stay at.
