OK stay; staff is very pleasant I chose the Centennial since it was close to Concord Hospital, and the staff was great! Very kind, gave us tips on what to do in the area and where to eat. The room wasn't as clean as we thought however; there were large furballs (dog hair) around the room; you could tell housekeeping didn't pay attention to detail before we checked in (and yes, my husband mentioned this to housekeeping/staff). The TV broke and then randomly started working again, which was pretty odd. Overall it was a pleasant stay but I would warn other travelers to beware of room cleanliness! Restaurant on site was great for dinner and the continental breakfast was also great!

Poor Dirty room. Broken tv. Staff is great, but cleaning has gone down in the past year. Hairball in shower drain, used soap in the shower. Visiting family in Concord. This was the most disgusting visit so far. Used to be a great clean hotel. It is not longer to previ standards.

a really nice hotel This is a nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The morning continental breakfast was very good. The location was great. Our sleep quality was good and the Wi-Fi worked well. I did have a few very minor things that were negatives. Pillows were a bit flat, water pressure in the shower was on the low side, and the TV in our room didn't work well for us. It seemed to fade in and out.

Very poor service and accommodations but looks grand from the outside. Not at all what they promote on their website. I recently spent 3 uncomfortable nights. The first night, despite their being very few guests, I was placed in a very small and noisy room on the first floor with a very cold draft in the bathroom. It was located right next to the restaurant and the front desk - the type of room typically reserved for an overflowing hotel with a 3am arrival. At my request, I was moved the next day to another room which was located by the landing to the second story. Again, noisy. Strange room with entrance door located directly across from the toilet, poor quality furnishings, windows all stuck and leaking cold air from outside. Poor quality toiletries that were partially filled. No water, no refrigerator, no slippers. Closet has no door nor curtain. Breakfast buffet requires travelling to the front desk for hot beverages. Only styrofoam cups are available. Someone named Benjamin texts you the second day but nobody in person demonstrated typical hotel hospitality: front desk staff don't greet you and don't inquire about your stay. When checking out, another patron reported that she had spilled coffee in her room and was instructed to go to the housekeeping department in the basement. There is also no business service center on site - i.e. no computer or printer available. Room was $200 per night with tax and 15 dollar per night resort fee that covers water (which I didn't receive) and parking per front desk. I was told there could be no adjustment to my bill because the booking was not through their website (I hadn't asked for an adjustment). Summary: Very pleasant architecture from the outside. Accommodations inside were worse than a poor quality one star chain hotel.

Very Disappointed. I had stayed here in August and had a very pleasant experience. I was eager to share it with my husband. We were quite disappointed. Room 100 was dusty, especially in the bathroom, where it was clear that no one had cleaned the blinds in a very long time. Also grubby marks around door handles. There was crawling insect between the sheets when we got in. Possibly a silverfish? Finally, the continental ‘breakfast’ was much diminished since the last time. No plates, napkins or utensils were provided. No salt or pepper for the hard boiled eggs. No yogurt or fresh fruit. The attendant left quickly after putting thing out. Cheap commercial wrapped cereal bars. There were bagels but no way to spread cream cheese. For the high price we paid, we expected much more.
