Not up to the usual Hilton standards Hotel is worn. They've attempted some updates but it looks old and tired. Checked into a king bed room. Mattress visably sagging, four tiny square pillows on the bed (not even standard sized pillows), one washcloth to be shared by two people. Was supposed to get two bottles of water and a snack at check in. Got nothing nor any acknowledgment of our diamond status. Too many other options in the area and I would not choose this location again.

Save your money. To start, we overpaid for this hotel, which is probably the icing on the cake to the experience we had. We paid $200 AFTER using almost $200 in points. For two nights. And it didn’t reflect the pricing on the website and there was no explanation that could be given as to why. There wasn’t any air conditioning in the hallways or the elevators, and it was so hot that there was condensation on the hotel door from the difference in temperature from room to hallway. The pool is neon green and dirty, like you can’t see the bottom of a 5ft deep pool. The bakery items (bagels, English muffins, muffins) provided at breakfast were stale and old, and the juice was watered down significantly. There was condensation on the air vents and dripping onto the floor on the first floor. When checking out, the front desk clerk was extremely rude. They were in the back office and looked over multiple times before my husband rang the bell and she yelled back “ugh I’m coming!” and then rudely asked “What?” when she got up to the desk. He explained that we were checking out, and said “that’s all you need? Keys.” as she hold out her hand. If you’re planning on spending money and a good amount of it somewhere, do it somewhere else.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Oh where do I begin?! First, there is no air conditioning in the elevators or hallways. Second, I waited 5 hours for linens for the sofa bed. Third, the pool is neon green. There is no way I would ever let my children swim in it. Fourth and so far final complaint is there is a hole in the ceiling in the hallway with 2 buckets under it. It was raining and water is steadily dropping from the ceiling on to the floor and in to the buckets. I asked to speak to a manager and have yet to hear from her. We are staying here for 3 nights for our sons wedding. I have never been to a hotel like this that didn't cost $50 a night and yet I have paid almost $600 for these 3 nights. I would NEVER stay here again!!!

Ok but not great This location is a bit dated on interior. The rooms are ok, but they haven't been revisited in a while. And what's with the half-pillows in the rooms here? Seriously. All of them were square pillows in standard pillowcases. It didn't matter if the bed was queen-sized or king-sized. Is this a new trend? If so, how fast can we kill it? The front desk staff seemed a bit preoccupied while we were there, so the service wasn't great. But every single one on the cleaning crew said hello and good morning. Put the cleaning crew up front. They're the best thing going here.

Great curb appeal…bring your own pillows Hotel looked great from the outside. Check in experience was very good. She was very friendly. A few things really stuck out when we arrived to our room. While there were four pillows in the bed, they would be better suited to be used in a chair. They were very small. Fortunately, my wife did bring extra pillows. I have never seen a bed with pillows that size. Also…for all travelers..before you make coffee in the in-room coffee maker, always check where you put the water.
