SCAMMERS This hotel charges credit cards despite free cancellation. They are scammers. I chose to book through Booking, but the problem does not come from the Booking center, the hotel uses my card number to charge me for a night that I never spent with them. No response to emails. Receptionist who does not understand anything.

Not recommended!!! Our room had bugs/roaches in it. Every time light was turned on would see several scamper away. Needs some serious pest control. Mentioned issue to check out person and no sorry, just “will have housekeeping look into”. Not a good experience at all.

Horrible Hotel fir 4th of July One of the worst hotel stays EVER. Room 417 was infested with roaches of varied sizes in multiple rooms. Soooooo disgusting!!! I mentioned it to the on-site manager at check out & wasn’t even given as much as an apology. I have multiple pictures to back my complaints. None of the hotel staff was friendly during our stay. I felt they were put out with anything we asked. Their breakfast options ranked up with options offered during Covid shutdowns. Most hotel chains offer apple juice or at least water during breakfast, NOT this location & they were out of milk. They also wanted to over charge for a bottle of juice & charge for a bottle of water when asked at breakfast. I’ve been a choice hotel member for 10 yrs & feel like I just wasted 2 nights of promo points on this room…SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. We will NEVER stay here again!!! We’ve stayed at Quality Inns ALOT! If you’d rate like a restaurant, THIS one is a “F”!!! We WON’T be back!!!

Good deal With gas at almost $5/gal i was looking for a little more affordable lodging. Found this place and walked in. Yes they are under construction and yes parking appeared a little limited and sketchy. But we were warmly welcomed by professional and couteous desk staff and given room 413 on the seconf floor. She saw my skepticism and assured me 413 is in fact on the second floor. There were some patches on walls but nothing that looked weird ir digusting, it looks like they’re doing improvements which to me is a good sign. Our room was mostly updated everything worked as it should and we didnt find any dustbunnies or toothpaste smears or stray hairs (always looking for that kind if thing) so it felt clean. The linens were sparkly white and crisp. Bed wasnt exactly spa-like cushy but we slept good and i didnt wake up with my back out of spec either. Honestly my biggest complaint was the “hot breakfast” was waffles, no eggs or meat or biscuits and gravy. I did see some bagels but they were in the storage room so maybe we missed breakfast but it was only 8:00 when we went down. Overall i would recommend for the price if you’re in the area. A few quirks but worked out fine.
