Great Service! I was going to rate the property a 4/5, but the excellent service by the two ladies at the front desk changed my opinion to 5/5.

Horrible Service Called the Front Desk 3 times to get information on check in times. Someone Hung up on me 3 times by picking up and then hung it back up 3 times YOUR OUT! I'm planning a 7 day stay at over $1,000.00 and they hung up on me? I will take my money and go elsewhere. If a 7-day stay is not worth of answering the phone, then give me a reason to give you another chance.

Great stay besides pool water was green Everything was perfect besides we were looking forward to swimming but the pool appeared a little green!!

Nice hotel has almost everything Really nice hotel with spacious rooms with all the amenities and comfortable bed . Girl at check-in very friendly and welcoming. Full hot breakfast. All would be great if it weren’t for the really dirty floor. Within minutes my white socks were black. Housekeeping needs to step it up and actually wash the floors.

Good overnight stay As others have said, there was a musty smell in the hotel itself and our room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom seemed not to work. Other than that, everything seemed clean, the room as comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had several options.
