WORST HOTEL..DONT STAY HERE A group of 5 families of our stayed at this hotel for the Iowa weekend. Big mistake, filthy, disgusting rooms. My 80 year old father stayed in one room where floor was wet and smelled of smoke. After our stay they double charged our credit card. Terrible experience...never again Radisson.

Cleanliness is lacking. We checked into our room on our wedding night and the bed was not made, room look gross, and we left. I have called to speak with the front desk attendant numerous times and have yet to have him put me through to a manager. He even told me he confirmed with housekeeping we didn't stay and said I would receive an refund in 7-10 days and no refund has arrived. Then told me he never told me that when I wrote it all down.

Beware of Black Mold My wife’s family has an annual reunion and chooses to stay in this hotel. I’m not sure how this hotel became their Choice Hotel, but I dread going there every year because every year the hotel gets worse then the last. At least this year the elevator was working. Once you get out of the elevator on the fourth floor you’re hit with hot air and have to walk to your room on a dirty old carpet. Once you get to your room you have to overlook the black mold growing on the ceiling and the ring of something in the toilet. If you’re sensitive to black mold you should avoid staying in room 417. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but when the ceiling has mold growing on it one has to wonder how clean the bed linen is. Our family ate dinner and breakfast in an expensive private room. The food and service was good but the cost of the private room makes the reunion expensive for everyone. I hope the family makes a better Choice next year!

Excellent Customer Service I had a guest room block for my wedding and Ira, the sales coordinator was amazing. Very attentive with emails and answering my questions. He was wonderful! The housekeeping staff was very friendly too. They did an awesome job and will definitely be back!
