I75 Clean and safe, can’t ask for much more. The girl who checked me in (6:30pm on 7/17) was very nice and attentive. Lots of stuff in the area as well. They also have an indoor pool and that is nice. Overall, very good for a side of the highway hotel. I will stay again.

Friendly front office staff, but hotel needs some TLC Stayed at this hotel for three nights June 17th to the 20th 2021. The front office staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was subpar as several items were unavailable such as the waffle maker and juice machine were not working and there was only one person working this area. The staffer appeared to be doing the best she could without any assistance. There was a wait for the limited items available to be prepared such as eggs and bacon. The pool was unavailable due to a pending inspection per the manager. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and offered to have patrons use the sister hotel pool (Holiday Inn). Kudos to him as this was a nice gesture. The hotel could use a thorough cleaning as I noticed stained carpeting in the hallways and there was some sort of liquid leaking inside of the elevator that looked like jelly. This substance was not cleaned from the elevator as I noticed it during my entire stay. Photo attached.

Motel 6 in disguise Don’t stay here. Marriott should strip their name from the place. I stayed two nights and the entire stay was awful. At check in the front desk lady made me wait while she finished her text message conversation. She was not wearing a mask and was rude. She also never acknowledged my titanium status. My room was clean but that’s the only nice thing I can say. It was outdated, the wall paper was peeling of the walls, the shower curtain was stained, the bed fitted sheet was on backwards and also too small for the lumpy mattress so it kept coming off. The bathroom towels were too small and in need of replacement. The soap and shampoo dispenser had fallen off the shower wall and were laying in the tub. Currently housekeeping is suspended during the stay due to Covid. I understand this. But my first night I placed my to go dinner bags in the hall outside my room. Two days later the garbage was still in the hallway If you have any trouble finding someone who works there , just look outside the main entrance and they will be there smoking. One last thing. The internet speed is like it was in 1998

Never again I'd reserved room with a roll in shower and spoke directly with front desk day of arrival to be assured of that room, yet when I checked in that room was unavailable. Indeed the next morning I learned it had been occupied for two weeks & so had never been available. The room I was given was NOT handicapped accessible. Commode was dirty very low and there were no grab bars. The bed was too high, though once on it was comfortable. Staff were pleasant but uninformed.

Get Away The hotel is on the older side and needs some TLC. The staff were very nice and willing to help if asked. The room was clean, however not immaculate. It is spring break and every room is booked everywhere. When we checked in, with reservations, I seen 3 cars turned away. The facility is not quiet - you can hear through the walls, ceilings and floors. For as busy as they are you have to give the staff credit - when I got coffee in the morning they were just setting out the 15th pot. They were busy.
