Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Corinth by IHG

Terrible WiFi service. Three of us here on business for two nights. Internet service is so bad that we had to use the service from a neighboring hotel! Front desk tells us that they have been working on it for months! I think if I owned the place, I would get a different provider! Will not stay here again. I’m Diamond Elite so know a little about IHG hotels.

Staff members are trash There very poorly ran and doesn’t know how to properly take care of there staff members instead treats them like there animals the people they don’t care about there feeling or there medical records I watched one girl get yelled at bc she didn’t have time help someone else bc of her job then turns around gets all over her bc they took her away form her job

Nice place Looked good on Trip advisor. Stayed in a king. Nice big shower. Close to many restaurants and attractions. BEST breakfast area I have seen at a chain!! Pancake machine, biscuits and gravy. Eggs - sausage- danish.

Holiday Inn Express Corinth MS We stayed one night at the end of May 2023 on a road trip. We requested a room with two beds, and settled in on arrival. We were able to use the microwave to heat up our leftovers, but the mini fridge was not cold enough for our ice packs the next day. It was late by the time we got ready for bed so we did not notify front desk, but one of the beds had dirt under the sheets, and one of the 4 pillows smelled like someone had laid on it. So we decided to sleep on one bed instead and avoided laying on the other seemingly dirty one. Breakfast was basic, as expected - coffee/tea, juice, cereal, milk, turkey sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, and a machine that makes mini pancakes. Pool area looked clean and we saw several people swimming in there. Hotel appears to be connected to a Econo Lodge, so not sure if the pool is shared by both hotels. Room walls must be thin, since I could hear the alarm went off at 5am in the morning next door. All the staff we encountered were friendly, and location is perfect for our route. The hotel is undergoing renovations during our visit, but it was not noticeable. However, with the housekeeping issue in our room, I CANNOT recommend.

Last minute We called at the last minute through IHG rewards. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, plenty of towels. Bed linens were down and perfect weight. Lots of pillow soft/dense choices. Did not partake of the free breakfast. I have to make it 200 characters.
