Not thrilled. Seems to be in transition from Clarion to this one - maybe they’re going to redo the rooms, the lobby looks brand new but that is not a reflection of the rooms. Ours was not that clean. The drain in the bathtub was gunked up and I couldn’t bathe my daughter there - the carpet did not seem clean and the bedspreads were stained or had surface dirt and one had cigarette burns. Overall, I’d choose another when going back to Cornelius.

Never again Only thing good about this place it had a Sanitary rating of 94.5 from authorities but it was a little shabby. . Reserved a King bed and was given a Full/Queen because I arrived at 9 PM. I paid in advance! Could not move me. No outlets in between bed. Only 1 AC outlet on bed wall at window. Breakfast eggs were a pancake like egg probably from frozen. Bathroom had bad stains at tub and TP dispenser seemed like it was going to fall off. No conditioner, just cheap shampoo. It's dog friendly so hope you don't get a barker next door. We heard a bark or two. Its NOT a Clarion hotel. Internet was OK.

Dirty You get what you pay for. It was the cheapest around and there was a reason why. Room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking and was dirty and in great need of being updated. Luckily we just needed a place to lay our heads for a few hours before moving on. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but was available.

Dirty hotel Only good thing about this hotel is it’s location; good proximity to shops, restaurants etc. The photos of the hotel are quite misleading. I found the hotel to be very dirty….we had lipstick and blood stains on the bedding, found someone else’s eyeliner in the coffee products which showed me it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Water came out brown from the shower. Won’t recommend.

Charged a smoking fee and I don’t Smoke. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and the room and hall smelled like cigarettes and pot. I tried to complain and there was never anyone at the front desk and no one would answer the phone. I was charged a smoking fee after check out. Me nor my husband smokes. I will not ever stay here again. If you want to stay at a nice hotel go across the street and stay at the Comfort Inn and suites. They are a Choice hotel too!
