A tent would have been better! Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. To start it off we came in late on Friday night when we went to bed there was hair all inside of the sheets and under the pillows. The restroom has mold EVERYWHERE, along the floor/tub, on the ceiling etc. The furniture in the room was falling apart and my son’s bed broke as soon as he sat on it. To top it off the second floor ice machine and laundry room were out of service. We were told we could go to the hotel next door. The pool was atrocious, green and smelly. I do NOT recommend staying at this location.

The Truth The hotel is dirty looks like it hasnt been cleaned in along time and the pool is so disappointing looks green and gooey and the air in the room feel super weird and warm the only good thing was the food but there was a condom on the floor of the kitchen the rooms where alr fridge doesnt work if u get this hotel dont have good expectations

Not your average Hampton Inn If you are accustomed to staying in Hampton Inns you know that some are better than others but this location if far below the standard. Carpet in my room felt sticky, Very low water pressure, There was not soap in the restroom, hotel and room had a bad odor, there was no coffee in the morning when i went down stairs, washing machine was out of order. Although this is a convenient location for when I travel to CC for work I would not stay at this location again until it gets an overhaul.

Stay elsewhere This hotel is a dump. Hilton obviously has no quality standards for its chain. I realize the Hampton in is the lowest tier of Hilton property however this stay may push me to spend more time at Marriott Bonvoy properties. I spend close to 200 nights a year on the road. I booked this hotel because it had the best rate however once I arrived there were two people at the counter and only one appeared able to help guests. I waited forever behind an entitled senior citizen who seemed to want the impossible. Finally after over 10 minutes of waiting in line the young lady quickly got me my keys. I wasn’t offered any water so I assumed it was in the room. There was no water in the room and the bathroom had women’s hair everywhere. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned. I kicked on the shower and the pitiful trickle of water was hardly sufficient to bathe. To add insult to injury the tub not only didn’t drain but while I was drying myself water and grey muck started coming up into the standing water from the drain. I assume a higher floor was draining into my tub. The walls were chipped and the ceiling of the room had weird water stains. The carpet on the floor was sticky with god knows what type of fluids had been spilled. I awoke to women fighting in the hallway. I’ll sleep under the I37 highway before I stay at this rat hole

Horrible front desk staff named Laura and horrible management . Upon arrival the front desk clerk named Laura was extremely rude and annoyed that I was there. No welcome, and all attitude,impatient ,and she let her face show it . I understand sometimes we have bad days so I let it go. For this trip I paid $400 including incidentals so we can have an indoor pool for the weekend. We get our keys ,I’m with my 3 young kids and we go up to change immediately for the pool. We go back down and we realize there’s butcher paper on a glass door. I peeked my head to see if it was the pool closed and it appeared to be. I turn around to apologize to my kids about it and here comes Laura screaming “HELLO CANT YOU READ THE SIGN!!!” I said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry I didn’t realize,the pools out of service?” She then screams again “WELL HELLO I MEAN CANT YOU SEE THE SIGN!!! OUT OF SERVICE” I then told her I was with my kids and she needed to calm down with the screaming because she was rude to me the second I walked in and for no reason. She then screams again “I MEAN CMON READ ITS RIGHT THERE” I then told her again that she needed to relax Laura then laughed and said “YEA OK I MEAN” and walks off shaking her head. I told her “yea ok you need to calm down” I then asked her at that moment for her name and she ignored me and walked into the office and closed her door . So I waited for her to walk to the front window and I had to ask twice. She gave me her name and I said thank you and walked away. I gathered my things upstairs to go out with my kids and 20 minutes later I went back down . I saw her at the front desk and asked for the mangers name. She did not make eye contact and was typing on her computer. She barely opens her mouth ,answers me in a low voice and I couldn’t hear the name she gave me. I asked her to repeat the name and she yells “ VIC!” So I asked “Ok ,And when is he going to be here?” She said “Monday” So I asked “who will be here tomorrow then?” Laura says “I don’t know not me” This is possibly the worst case of customer service I’ve ever dealt with . And it was for no reason that I caused . Aside from that , we find old used cups by our coffee machine with old water and white residue that are supposed to be replaced when you clean the room correctly. The bed also had a lot of stains on it . I go back to tell Laura about it and she doesn’t say anything . I just left the cups with her,I told her it was disgusting and I wanted it documented as well and I left back to my room. When we went to the gym at 10:00 pm ,she and her coworker stated the gym closed at 10 pm and the door stated it’s open until 12 am. Online it says 24/7. NOTHING ONLINE IS ACCURATE. POOL IS CLOSED AND GYM IS NOT OPEN 24/7 The facility is dirty Everyone else after this incident was very kind to me. It was just her . Laura. And for $400 ,NOT WORTH IT. I can’t believe Hampton Inn hired her. She should not be at the front desk. Maybe housekeeping would be more suitable so she has no direct interaction with guests anymore!
