Great experience!! Great experience staying at this hotel. Easy on and off interstate. The staff is professional and very helpful. The breakfast attendant is the best, so helpful and friendly. Thank you Shirley for helping us get our day started off on a great foot. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

I would stay here again The hot breakfast was good. The computer desk in the room had USB outlets. The business center computer area was adequate and organized. The pool was not open. The elevator serves (3) floors. The room was generous size and clean. I would stay at this establishment in the future

For the money, keep looking This is very disappointing. Facility is in poor condition, mold in bathroom, coffee station in bathroom (yuck). Ceiling tiles in hallways stained from leaks and chipped and peeling paint in bathrooms. $200 per night with tax! When called to check on availability I was told a senior or military 10% discount was offered. 5 minutes later when I called back to confirm I was told no discount would be offered. I told the front desk I would ask a about it upon check in. At check in I was told management had decided no discounts would be honored. Extremely short sited decision management. This is not normally where we stay, so this brand has an opportunity to gain us as future customers. That will not happen. I will not use this brand ever again. I vote with me feet and money.

wish i could give zero stars While visiting family, we stayed at the hotel from Thursday and checked out Monday morning. We weren't told about their "policies" for servicing the rooms. They don't clean your room until you have been there 24 hours. And on the second day you only get fresh towels and garbage taken out. No bed change, No coffee refills, no shampoo, conditioner, soap none of that. Your room will not be serviced until your THIRD day! Im sorry..what??? We get back to our room on the third night after being with family all day, going to the State Fair. We were hot and tried. Get to our room...NOTHING was done, and I mean nothing. The girl at the front desk on the second day (Kayla) said they do this because they don't want to overwhelm their staff. Isn't that what they get paid to do??? Oh, and on the first morning our toilet backed up and then overflowed. Husband went down to front desk to speak with someone. They handed him a plunger!! The refrigerator was very unstable. the full length mirror was at an almost 90 degree angle. I was so angry that we went down to the desk to talk to someone. Because I was so angry I let my husband take the lead. I didn't want to be a Karen. And we go down to the front desk and spoke with Shannon and of course ended up stepping in. As i began to unload both barrels. I looked at Shannon and saw the tears begin to roll down her cheek, My mothering instinct took over. So I took a deep breath and began to explain why I was upset. She did tell me that it is actually the FOURTH day that your room is serviced. As i see it the fact that she is still at that front desk smiling and greeting every customer, Even after being yelled at by guest over and over again on things she didn't do or has no control over. That is the type of employees you keep and pay well!!! She deserves it. She is kind and courteous and clearly cares about the guests. The fact that nothing about this "Policy" of theirs is listed anywhere and they DO NOT tell you about it when you check in, is all around bad customer service. And during this pandemic you would think they would be cleaning every room daily and throughly.

Worth the $$$ I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now. It's clean and the amenities are good. The front desk staff is VERY friendly. The pool was nice, not too hot (i.e. not like bathwater!). Breakfast is limited but seems fresh and in good supply. Internet connection is strong and consistent. Feels safe, that's important for a single woman like myself traveling. Easy to get in and out of. I don't care for the fact that the bathroom fan is tied to the light switch, it's loud and i would prefer to only turn on the fan when necessary!! LOL! But overall I would recommend this hotel.
