Worst MOTEL ever . Disgusting and filthy . Horrible , filthy, so many things soooo wrong . I paid 100. + dollars for worst room I have ever had in my life . Worst than any Motel 6 by far. Landline ripped out of wall- non Functioning . AC fan so insanely loud I could not sleep . Men out partying late into night right outside door, drinking, fighting . I have never felt so unsafe . The front desk said since I had booked a budget room through a third-party. I got the room in the back by all the garbage the rolloff box and where all the old furniture is thrown out. I have photos and videos of everything…this is a disgusting operation.( fleecing tourists ) The only good thing I can say is that the young man that checked me in Ashton was truly trying to be a professional and very respectful so please give him a good review, also the flowers planted at the front office delphinium, day lilies and Yarrow were quite beautiful, but forget it when it comes to booking with Booking.com, ( my one and only booking with them. Never again) they give you the absolute worst room in the place in the back where garbage is stacked up . and today when I checked out, the women working the front desk were incredibly rude and unfriendly… the young man that was checking me out (different man than last night) was actually very sweet and respectful, but the women were atrocious.I guess they figure if tourist desperate for accommodations they’ll “have” to stay there when all else full and they (the women at front desk, and management) can treat them poorly and get away with it. The property was trashed and nothing like photos online except for the flowers. ….ramshackle abandoned trailers, junk cars and trash all over property . I will be contacting corporate about this as well . Shameful property to be in such a special place ( near Mesa Verde Ruins) .

Good Experience I’m a Hampton Inn guy but sometimes their prices are stupid. Stayed at this Days Inn on my way to Tucson. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Somewhat outdated but clean. Clerk was pleasant. Next to a good Mexican restaurant with good food and amazing margaritas.

High value for the price We found this hotel to be cleaner, with higher quality service, and a better breakfast than one typically experiences at the price level. We were pleasantly surprised by the value! The outdoor pool and hot tub were also high value points. This pool actually had a moderately deep end (9ft)!
